We told him what we had in mind.  He accommodated our thoughts and made important suggestions for the best overall finished product.  He removed the old deck, built the new one being careful to not damage existing house siding.  Some new siding was needed because of the new design which he replaced.  It was painted to match the existing siding color.  When he was finished with his work for the day, every inch of the area was cleaned as if no one had been there.  He used top quality materials so we know the product will last.  He did not go over his estimate.  He did have an assistant which he has used for years.  They worked closely together but Mr. Rubino did most of the work himself.  I would and have recommended him to many others who have also been extremely pleased with his work ethic and finished product.
