Brought door to Alan in April 2005 and paid deposit for work. Stopped in, Summer 2005 - door was stripped but not yet varnished and window was not replaced. Admittedly, we were not diligent in following up with him, but we called in Dec 2005 and door was still not complete. He asked for two more weeks. It's March 2006 and the door still isn't complete. We plan to pick up the door and take it elsewhere to be completed. Alan is professional, but just not reliable.
