The jobs went well and were done in a timely manner. Nate is a good guy, works hard, and delivers on what he says. The floors came out good and the price was very reasonable. Very pleased.

CPR flooring was hired to re-do my floors. They floors ended up turning out nice, and I liked them, however there were a few issues. As a result of these issues I learned the company lacks customer service. The first issue was they got stain on my baseboards, and would not do anything about this. They said we signed a notice to customer (which we did) that indicates this would happen. The notice to customer states "some" painting and touch ups may be required. More than "some" were required. In our master bedroom, "some" were required however; in our other two bedrooms major touch ups / painting was required. We ended up putting up shoe molding to cover up the stain. Please see the attached pictures and judge for yourself if these are "some" touch ups. Keep in mind these are only a few pictures - the whole room looked like this. When I questioned the issue to them, they called me absurd, and said I was threatening to degrade their company in a libel manner. I later discovered on the Better Business Bureau Web site they like to use that wording in response to their complains.
The second issue was wood filler. I noticed a big chunk (see attached) that was applied, and they never told me about this... when questioned in the e-mail they said Yes, your floor required some wood filler, which was applied free of charge, and will dry. This area is still mushy and it has been over a week. why did they not tell me this before / after filling the hole. It looks as if they were trying to cover something up.
Third, they are slow to respond to complaints / e-mails, but quick to answer them when coming out for an estimate or to do work. In other words, before you issue the final payment to them, make sure you inspect your floors and baseboards. After paying, basically, you will not hear back from them, and they will leave issues unresolved. Let me guess... Their response to this review will be "It is absurd that a customer would leave such a review like this. They threatened to degrade our company in a libel manner.. Well the truth is This is an honest review. Lesson learned. Inspect ALL work prior to issuing the final payment. Oh Yeah, They used the excuse for not replying to e-mails we are closed on the weekends. The e-mails and texts were sent Friday Morning.
Lets see if they respond to this and how long it takes them to do so.
