The workers were on-time. They came in and did a good job as well as cleaning up after themselves. Their prices were reasonable compared to other companies.

I used Countertop Solutions. The last time they were out was last week. I am spending about $2100. Their price and selection and something really strange happened. The woman that I dealt with and had gotten such terrific reviews suddenly up and quit. So nobody showed up, nobody was doing mine, and I told them I had a deadline, which I did. I left a message and a perfectly strange woman called me back and said the other one quit suddenly. But they guaranteed they would get somebody there, the guy came out, the measurements were lost so they charged me $26 more which I'm not thrilled with, but anyway, but they are doing the install and it had to be in by Friday and they are doing the install Thursday. They were great.

It went great! They were efficient. This is an older home and things are a bit skewed but the work was wonderful. The sales woman at the office is very knowledgable. Her name is Debbie and she was just amazing.

VWithin a week Brian came and measured the surface. Again very knowledgeable and helpful.Within a week the countertops were installed and the result was a beautiful improvement to the kitchen. Glad we found them. Would definitely use them again. Would also encourage others to use them too.

The entire experience with Countertop Solutions was flawless. The salesperson in the showroom was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The technician measuring the areas (done with a laser) came on time on the scheduled day. He was very knowledgeable, and able to answer our questions. This was a difficult job because the old countertop had to be removed without damaging the base cabinets or the tile backsplash. The other problem was the original 35 year old countertop was improperly installed which meant the tile backsplash is not perfectly parallel with the base cabinets. Countertop Solutions was able to fabricate the new top considering this anomaly. The removal of the older countertop was also complicated because it was glued down along the entire perimeter with construction adhesive, making the tear out more time consuming and difficult. The installers were very skilled. They were able to remove the old countertop and install the new one without damaging any of the tile or the base cabinets. The finished result is perfect. Every remodeling job should go as smoothly as did this.
