My house is amazingly cool and functioning properly!
I called out Arco and Apple 2 days before and they weren't near as receptive or helpful at all.
Infact Arco tried to sell me a new AC unit.

Furnance was making alot of noice so I called Cool Touch. COOL ZONE is now called COOL TOUCH. Dirk came out the next day and looked over furnace. He found many problems with the furnance and closed ductwork that was installed when I  purchaced the home in 2009. Within a week Dirk installed a new furnace, humidifier and rebuilt the ductwork correctly. The original ductwork was way too small and was starving my furnace of air. He did all the work himself. He even replaced all the gas and water lines to be sure there would be no more problems. He did a wonderful job! I will have him back out in Spring to go over my AC unit. I will never use anyone else for my heating and AC again. Excellent service and the best price!
