They have several locations. They are definitely the best tire specialist in the area. It was like $24. I strictly use them for tires. They do a mechanical work too, but I go somewhere else for that. For tires, they back their warranties and their pricing is usually the best and the quality of tire. They’re very informative on what tire you should use for a particular vehicle and I just always use them. I just use them for tires and I will always give them an “A”. They price is very reasonable, also now and then they have specials. They are the only ones I will use.

Well, they usually give you the best price and the best warranties.Scheduling is usually most of the time it's same day or the following day and picked up the same day so the scheduling is pretty prompt I would say.They're good at communicating.

They checked out the car and found numerous safety issues, they took my husband under the car and showed us the dangers. They did $3,500 to do the work and they did it as cheaply as possible. They tried to give every discount they could and even offered a loner car while they kept our car for work. They completed the work in the time they promised. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Conrad's have a great deal, spend $10 more per tire when you buy the tires and get rotation and balancing for the life of the tires for free. I like that.

For the most part excellent, I only had trouble with one employee who didnt know his job very well. But once I contacted "Jon and Derek" my experience went very well. All Conrads will try to push things but you just have to know when to say no thanks!

I am very happy with them. We needed tires. They charged $325. When they say that there is a problem with my car, whatever the problem may be, they are very honest and truthful about it. They will tell me the best way to fix it at the best price. I am happy with them. I have no doubts when they say that something is wrong with my car. I believe them. I will continue to use them in the future.

They put it up on the rack and said that the front end was in specs and that it didn't need aligned. Many places would have charged me for an alignment. I really appreciate their honesty. They tell me when certain things are due to be maintained. I have been going to them about 3 years.

I was impressed with their products. They give good and fast service. I just believe it is a great place to get your car serviced. I was pleased with them.

ORIGINALLY, I ASKED CONRAD'S TO CHANGE THE OIL. THEY CHECKED THE CAR AND CALLED TO SAY THE REAR SHOCKS SHOULD BE REPLACED. I ANTICIPATED THIS WORK ON THE CAR, BUT NOT SURE WHEN I WOULD NEED THE REPAIR. JIM, THE SERVICE MANAGER, EXPLAINED THE BENEFITS OF DOING THE WORK WHILE THE CAR WAS AT CONRAD'S. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED ON TIME, AND THE REPAIR COST WAS THE AMOUNT OF THE ESTIMATE.
