They have been excellent and are very good. They always respected me as a customer and woman and I would highly recommend them.

Good service

The service was excellent and the staff was polite. They were prompt and on time. What stands out is the location.

They were very busy that day but they managed to accommodate me in a reasonable amount of time. I was out of there sooner than I expected. The technicians were friendly and professional. I will go to Conrad's in the fall to have them check the other 2 tires for wear and replace them if necessary.

This is my first experience but I have friends that use them all the time. I paid less compared to other places I've used.

They have a chain of places all over Cleveland area. They are reputable and they have good prices. I have always been satisfied with them. They do players and general automotive work as well.

They have lifetime warranty on the tires that they install. They also offer a hazard warranty on tires when they are brought for a little extra payment. If you get a flat, they will put in a new tire deducting the usage. They make up a portion of the charge against the usage.

We have been going to them for about 20 years; they are very fair with their estimates and are good about it. I will use them again in the future.

I have had no problems with them. I always go to the same guy, Mr. Rick, and he has always treated me right. I should get new tires soon, but he has to push me. He told me to come in every couple of weeks and he would check the air on them for me, no charge. He knows I will be back there for tires when I need them. The tread is good on them; it's just that it has a tendency to lose the air. So I have to have it checked every couple of weeks; there is no point in replacing them yet. I went in there and had them change the bulb of my headlight and the day I go in there, the other one went out. So he replaced both the bulbs. I know that if I have any problems, I can go in there and he will take care of it for me.

One of my old tires was flat so the trip to Conrad's was an emergency. They were busy that day but able to get me back on the road within an hour and a half. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman who put my doughnut tire on so I could get to Conrad's. There are good Samaritans out there.

Very good. Tire was in stock. Got me in quickly and replaced the tire to my satisfaction. Bought the extended maintenance package on the tire for $21. I lost two tires in one year on the highways around Cleveland.

THERE ARE MANY CONRAD'S LOCATIONS, BUT THIS IS THE ONLY ONE THAT I WOULD USE. THE REASON: RICK, THE STORE MANAGER. HIS SHOWROOM IS CLEAN, HIS STAFF IS COURTEOUS WHEN YOU ARE THERE, OR ON THE PHONE. THEY TAKE A THOROUGH REPORT OF WHAT YOU FEEL IS WRONG WITH YOUR VEHICLE, CHECK IT OUT, AND ALWAYS CALL BACK PROMPTLY WITH A DIAGNOSIS AND ESTIMATE. WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS CONRAD'S. EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE HAD 'LEMON' VEHICLES (SPECIFICALLY, A MALIBU THAT DIDN'T BRAKE CORRECTLY) RICK'S STAFF NEVER FLINCHED WHEN WE BROUGHT THAT VEHICLE IN TO HAVE IT SERVICED TIME AND AGAIN. BECAUSE OF OUR COMPANY VEHICLES, WE HAVE TO FREQUENT MANY DIFFERENT SERVICE CENTERS DEPENDING UPON THE WHIMS OF THE LEASING COMPANY. BUT, WE ALWAYS COME BACK TO CONRAD'S PARMA STORE WHEN WE ARE ABLE AND WE'D NEVER THINK TO TAKE OUR PERSONAL VEHICLES ANYWHERE ELSE!
