Based on my Doorbell camera, they were only at my house for 10 minutes. I still had clogged gutters. I had called to rectify the problem but they have not returned my call. This is quite the disappointment. I will warn people to stay away and try someone else.

They turned out fine. They did not charge more than the $99 deal. My gutters are clean. I would use them again. They just cleaned my gutters. I don't know what else to say, my gutters are clean. They did what I asked them to do. It took 5 minutes.

he was found guilty in a lawsuit and i received a judgement for $100.000 he has not paid a dime.  he is working under the table and advertizes on craigslist under  "expert rehabs and flips. he says he is bonded and insured.  i doubt it.  he entered into a fradulent land contract with his tenants on a house that was underwater and has a lein on it by me.  i have leins on all his properties.  his parents passed years ago and he is collecting rent on them.  his present tenants filed a lawsuit against him for fraud.  he owes several businnesses several thousand dollars plus the irs about 16 thousand dollars.  its all on public websites he is hiding assets and i know where they are.  he admitted to his tenants that he will not get a paying job due to wage garnishment.  he has been in court with me for the past 7 years.. he says he has no money but is working under the table.  i have proof.  he advertises on craigs list for work.  he has lied in court on depositions.  i have all the copies of his lies plus taped phone conversations.  he has not paid me one penny.  he has 5 properties that i have leins on.  he ruined my entire house and lied about his business,  i am suffering greatly for his faulty work.  my house makes noise like its going to fall down. his contractors testified against him in court.  thers much more damage he did that was not mentioned.  i have all the pictures and video tapes.  i have been trying to collect for tha past 4 years. there is a warrent for his arrest.  everything is on the parma court website and the cuyahoga county court docket.  he owes numerous businesses.  his own lawyer even sued him for lack of payment.  he needs to pay  and get a job.  i have reported him to the irs again .

It was bizarre. He showed up and I didn't like him right away. The first thing he said to me when he came to my house was "It looks like you need a new roof." I didn't ask for his opinion. He's just here to clean the gutters. I said "No, I don't need a new roof but that's not why you're here." Within 7 minutes, he's gone. There was no paperwork left. The next day, I called the company and they said it doesn't take long to clean up the gutters. I said "But, doesn't he have to say anything?" All he had to do was say "I finished the work." He came out on a Sunday afternoon. I didn't like his attitude. For all I know, work may not have gotten done. I wouldn't use them again.

The workers were polite and efficient, quality of work good not excellent , I was dissappointed that even though they walked around on the roof they would not do the skylights because it needed some loosening of srews before they could do the cleaning. It is very inconvenient to hire someone to take the plastic off the skylight and than hire someone else to clean the skylight.

He was on time.  He did a fine job.  My windows looked pristine.

They came right out. I was here. They were gone before I knew it. I'm like, "Oh man. Did they even do anything?" But, they did a great job. Everything has been great since they came out. We had some problems at the end of the summer. There was an area that was really backed up. Since winter broke we've had a few nasty rain storms this morning, in fact, this morning and yesterday and I didn't notice the problem at all. So they were in and out quick and did a great job. It was right above my daughter's room. She is only two. Instead of going down the drain pipe it would just be a water fall right outside her window and then it would hit the ground. I don't think she noticed it but we could hear it. It seriously sounded like a water fall. It would just gush over there. So then I would get worried whether it would affect her and then ultimately all this amount of water coming right in that one side of the house it's going to have to flood the basement or something. But then luckily we had winter and it froze. In fact, the day they came out it had been a little warm around that timeframe but then the next day it froze. They said, "We'll get to it. We'll do the best we can. We think it's frozen." But they got up there and got it taken care of.

They did a fine job on the windows.  They did not show the day they were scheduled, but did come another day.

Complete Home Improvement Service did a great job.

They came today, they were on time, they did a nice job, and they are just very easy to deal with. They were so very courteous and very nice people to work with. I like the pricing.

The big deal service from Complete Home Improvement Service for gutter cleaning for 99 dollars was good. I would use them again. They are a good service. There were no additional charges than the big deal. As far as I can tell they cleaned up everything off the ground and in the house as well. I would rate them a 'B' for all the grades.

Its pretty basic thing. I wasn't at home and I just pay them and they came by at some point during the week and did it.

They did a good job. I haven't noticed any issues. I had to call them a couple of times in order to get them out. They charged me an additional $54 for additional square footage of the house. They cleaned up everything afterwards. There were no issues. I didn't even know they came out that day, so it was fine. They gave me a bill for something additional which I didn't realize was part of the deal, so I guess I've ended up paying more and get the service later that I thought. I've had somebody do my gutters for less than that in the past. We will see how they react when I ask them about the additional invoice.

It was a struggle. We had trouble communicating and then finally called Angie's List that I wanted my money back and then they somebody out to clean the gutters and the guy wanted to be paid for and I said it was already paid for. It was not a stellar moment. Even they got on the job, they didn't tell the guy that they sent out here that it was already paid for. The work was good. He did a nice job. I didn't know that they guy was coming. They never told me that they were coming.
