EXCELLENT!!! Harold Harper is a master HVAC technician. He has decades of experience and knows every wrinkle of the science and art of HVAC. He was recommended to me very highly by a friend who owns a plumbing supply business and has not disappointed. He is also totally fair when it comes to costs and a very pleasant gentleman to be around as he remade from scratch a system vital to the comfort of my home. Cannot recommend too highly!

He fit me in at the last minute.  He fixed an inducer motor and replaced it and all within a few hours.  A lot of other places couldn't do it.  Excellent service, takes the time to explain, knowledgeable, prompt and fair.

It was outstanding work and outstanding professionalism. Mr. harper was delight to have in my home. I'd use him again.

Harold was efficient and a master of his craft. Not only did he do wonderful job but took the time to explain step by step.. I will definitely refer him to anyone in need!

Harold is always pleasant and knowledgeable. His work is of first quality; he takes the time to do things right and correct other problem he comes across even if they are not the reason for his visit. And he does a decent job cleaning up after himself when he is done. I do not know the cost of this job, since I have not yet received an invoice, and Harold is a little slow with his paperwork. But I never feel that he charges too much for his work.

I called Harold on Sunday and even though he had a full schedule he fit us in for Monday and completed the job by Tuesday. He is so knowledgeable and the only heating and cooling company I trust. We have a home warranty and he isn't one of their vendors but he is kind enough call and explain the work performed to help us be compensated for the work. Thanks again Harold for keeping our family warm and cozy. It's always a pleasure dealing with such a professional and honest contractor.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I called Harold in desperation because I needed an additional estimate to replace our boiler. I described what the first company had diagnosed as the problem and I also sent him pictures via cell phone. Harold reassured me that I didn't have to replace our boiler. He made arrangements to come see us the following evening. He looked at it the next evening as promised and told me he could fix it. The day Harold fixed it he took the entire thing apart and inspected it and cleaned and replaced parts as necessary. My family and I were so relieved we were not going to have to shell out $4000.00 to replace it. I am so grateful that Dana referred me to Harold. Harold was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He is a true master of his craft. Thank you Harold for taking the time to fix our boiler unit and not having us replace the unit especially during this time of the year. I can't say enough good about Harold.

The person who did the job was a very nice gentleman. He was personable and very good in his subject. He explained the entire process very well and also advised me, how to make the furnace work better. I was completely satisfied with their services and will use them in future.

It was competitively priced, they did a great job. We love that our home is air conditioned now.

HAROLD IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAS A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR. HIS ASSISTANT WAS PUNCTUAL WITH RETURNING MY CALLS AND I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

I THOUGHT THAT HAROLD (CONTRACTOR) WAS VERY EFFICIENT, KIND AND COURTEOUS. THEY HAD TO ACQUIRE PERMITS FROM THE CITY AND IT DELAYED THE COMPLETION- BUT HE KEPT US WELL INFORMED.
