They did an excellent job, and cleaned up the mess in the basement. He turned on everything to make sure it all worked. He took the time to explain how it all worked.
Description of Work: They installed a new furnace and air conditioner.

AFTER THE CLEANING IT DID WORK BETTER. HOWEVER I FEEL UNCERTAIN WHETHER A PART HE REPLACED WAS NECESSARY. I HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING. EVERMORE,WITH OUT MENTIONING IT EARLIER, AFTER HE FINISHED WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER HE TRIED TO SELL ME OTHER REPAIRS. IT DIDN'T GIVE ME A VERY GOOD FEELING. I DID NOT COMPARE PRICES.
