Although the guy who worked out of the trunk of his car and said he did some plumbing once gave us a slightly better price, we decided to go ahead and use Mr. Cochran for some necessary extensive repairs to some water pipes that had frozen and burst. Mr. Cochran was professional and thorough and explained clearly what was needed and what he was providing, providing us with a high level of comfort with his services. I would highly recommend him and would not have the slightest hesitation in using him again.

Work was completed thoroughly, 2c efficiently, and neatly. Johnny seemed to have a 6th sense that led him to discover he exact source of the leak. Once he found it, it was obvious that he had great experience in fixing all plumbing dilemmas. He knew just what to do and even made our pipes work for us more efficiently.

i called Mr. Cochran on Thursday mid-day to ask if he could stop by to unclog a toilet that would not flush properly. he was very flexible in scheduling, and we were able to arrange for him to come by first thing the next morning (i was not readily available sooner than that). Based on my description of the toilet problem, he thought it might need to be snaked out, but assessed for himself all that was going on when he arrived. As it turns out, when he replaced the flushmaster part, the toilet worked again (without the need for the snake). He stuck around for 15 extra minutes to make sure that the toilet properly flushed several times after his work was done. Also, Mr. Cochran noticed that the lever to the bathroom sink faucet was loose, so he went to his truck to get a special wrench with which to tighten it. He cleaned up all of what was necessary for him to repair the toilet, etc. before leaving.

They were very honest and the prices were very good. I give Cochran all A's.

The job went very well. I am quite pleased with the outcome and Mr. Cochran's responsiveness.

The pipes underneath the kitchen sink in my parents' house burst, and the shut-off valves would not work. Mr. Cochran spoke on the phone with my dad and walked him through going into the basement to turn off the main water source to the house. Then, within 2 hours, Mr. Cochran drove to my parents house (on the 2nd snowiest day on record in Cleveland), replaced the broken pipes, and installed new shut-off valves on them.
