Cobweb Carol Organizing

She created a donated, recycle, and trash area.  Seasonal decorations were placed in clear plastic bins with lids. Numerous kitchen appliances (gadgets) were contained to one area, all cleaning supplies another and seasonal linens were stored appropriately. Carol did a lot of physical work also, dragging large garment boxes up flights of stairs for recycle along with donation boxes etc. I definitely recommend Carol...cleared my clutter---cleared my mind : )
PS I would have on hand the following:
Utility knife to cut down boxes
Clear storage containers with lids. A few sizes
Contractor grade trash bags
Black Sharpie for labeling containers

Carol is amazing. She has such a sunny personality and a positive attitude. She asked a few questions to determine how I would like to function in my kitchen and immediately came up with a plan. Everything had been thrown into boxes haphazardly and I had no idea how to organize it.  Carol took chaos and turned it into an organized, efficient kitchen. She even threw in a few decorating tips that really enhanced the look of the kitchen.  I am extremely pleased with the outcome. She is unbelievable.

Cobweb Carol is incredible. She helped me clean out my condo. We went from room to room and got it done. Carol is very gentle and she has a gift that makes it easier to declutter your home. I highly recommend Carol. She is on speed dial as I am preparing to remodel my kitchen.

I had boxes and boxes of papers and books in my office that had been there for years. I needed someone to help me get started on it and Carol did exactly that. I would hire her for this anytime.

Carol arrived and finished on time - she's a pro! And she was a pleasure to work with.

Cobweb Carol is amazing!! We started clearing out the stuff in my 11 yr old son's room. We went all the way back to his baby days.  It feels like a completely different room.  It's so "Light and Airy"!! Carol is so helpful sorting thru the clutter.  She gently keeps me on track and before I know it, we have turned a cluttered messy room into something incredible!  She takes a potentially stressful project and magically makes the difficult possible. Carol is a very positive, gentle person and she is a true gift from God!!!

Carol made the process so much easier. She kept me on task and we got it cleared off. We discovered mail that was over a year old. Carol is very gentle and patient while we work. We accomplished so much it is amazing! When I do this on my own, I find myself getting distracted and Carol is so wonderful about keeping me on task!! I HIGHLY recommend her!!

Carol did an amazing job.  She walks in and observes her surroundings and you can see the wheels turning how she is going to approach the issue.  She is extremely sincere, yet disciplined.  You know that your room/rooms are going to be better as a result of her being there.  You have to ensure that you have an open mind because professional organizing means that you finally have to make choices on things that you have put off for way too long.  Carol does a masterful job at ensuring that the choices are as painless as possible because she knows that you are going to be more than satisfied with the final results of the room.  Her prices may be steep for some, but the results are evident.  Highly recommended.

Carol was punctual.  She asked what I wanted to accomplish then she assess the situation.  She came up with a plan of action and stared in the living room since that was the area of greatest concern. She sorted, organized and cleared out the clutter.She then proceeded to the dining room and kitchen.

God bless Cobweb Carol. She is personable and very professional. She never stops working and is a dynamo at seeing what needs to be done and accomplishing more than I expected. She organized my basement that was filled with everything imaginable. Carol pitched, donated, saved, based on having me decide what to keep. She is very logical in knowing how to organize, using what you have on hand. Kitchen is beautifully organized and now a pleasure in which to work. The bedrooms, closets, bathrooms and cabinets look great because of her suggestions and organizing. This was an overwhelming project to me until she stepped in. She was always on time or even a little early. She is never judgmental or condescending, making you feel like a partner rather than a packrat. It has been easy to keep up this well organized house when she finished. Hire this woman for any organizing job - no matter the size, you will not be disappointed. She is usually very busy so call her early. Carol is worth every dollar you invest in getting your home or garage organized. It is a real pleasure to come home to an organized house.

Cobweb Carol is incredible! Carol promptly returned my call and we scheduled right away. She came in and we started at the beginning and got to work. She is very relaxed and easy to work with. Carol is excellent at not only clearing the clutter but also ORGANIZING what is remaining. It would have taken me forever to do what Carol and I accomplished in one morning!! Carol was VERY thorough. She responded quickly and was able to find a mutually convenient time. She dusted all the knick knacks and was able to reach places others use a ladder for since she is tall. She gave feedback all along the way of what was possible and not possible (in other words, what would require a few cleanings to get something clean). She was receptive to feedback and actually went over and above when fixing what I asked with no complaints. She was there 6 hours and would have stayed longer, but I was already more than satisfied with what she did.

I didn't give much notice for the much needed cleaning but they accommodated me just the same. I was ecstatic. They were timely and polite and really listened to what my biggest concerns were. They cleaned better than I could on any day. It was a wonderful experience. Cobweb followed up with a thank you note in the mail and has since followed up with a text letting me know to keep in touch for future scheduling. I will be inviting them back soon.

It did not go well.  Firstly Carol told me I'd need to supply the cleaning supplies.  The house is vacant, and not knowing exactly what she would need, I left a roll of paper towels, some spray cleaner/degreaser, a scrubber sponge.  She called me saying first she needed the air conditioner on (it was very hot that day) and where are the cleaning supplies..having not lived in the house in 4 years, I couldn't tell her over the phone how to turn the air on and I could not leave work to drive over there to turn it on and as far as the cleaning supplies, I asked her to leave me a list.  We agreed she would leave me a list, and that I would come after work to turn on the AC and she would return the next day.  I came to turn on the AC and picked up her list which I considered extensive.  I understand the chemicals, people are funny about what is used in their homes but I had to supply rags, magic erasers and buckets?  Ok, went to the store, spent $20 and got everything on the list.  She came the next day, texted me that she was there and would let me know her progress and oh, by the way, she was charging me for an hour for the day before. I came that night to look around and was disappointed...there were still marks on the cabinet fronts, the light fixture over the sink had not been cleaned, the dishwasher front was smeared.  Was it cleaner than before she started?  Yes.. Was it $320 cleaner..in my opinion, no it wasn't.  Furthermore there was a hole in the bathtub!  She claims it was already there but I am equally certain that it was not.  I did a walk through with my tenant and would have noticed it. I can't prove they did it, so I had to pay to have it repaired. ($150.).  Bottom line was it ended up costing me nearly $500. and I was there last weekend cleaning...disappointing.

Great Lady, Great experience, would hire again!!!

I called Carol to help with organizing my sister's house.  Carol squeezed her in between other jobs.  Carol came in and was a bundle or energy organizing and straightening my sister's living and dining room areas.  She was full of ideas and accomplished in 3 hours what would have taken my sister 3 months to do!  My sister called me in the middle of the job just to rave about how great Carol was and how happy she was with her "new" house.  My sister is planning on having Carol back to finish the rest of the house.

She would tackle single rooms as a spring cleanup. She would do a regular cleanup in the entire house.
I was very comfortable with her in my house. She was wonderful!

Carol just got to work and created an organized room where I can now play with my grandchildren.  We can even clean up easily because there is a place for everything.  Amazing Job!

Cobweb Carol arrived on time, even slightly early.  She had a helper (Debbie) and they were very personable and started in right away.  I have two dogs which they got along with great.  My only problem is that I want my floors done by hand and they don't do that.  I didn't have trouble with the initial cleaning fee but the biweekly or every 3 week fee would have been the same per hour.Carol was very nice and understanding about that.

After the initial cleaning is done, I would like to be a regular client - so my home can stay as clean as they are making it!

Carol and Debby have been cleaning our house monthly since the spring when I faced up to the mess after my job went year round (yes, I still fee guilty about not being able to keep up).  It's been wonderful to come home to a clean house.  We have a Shaker colonial with hardwood floors that act as furball magnets and my floors have never looked better. 
Carol has given us cleaning dates for the rest of the year and always works out the details with us in advance.  She lets me know what supplies I'm running low on and leaves me messages about any issues I need to address (like a shower curtain that needed replacing).

We started in the teen boys rooms first. Then a cluttered upstairs office with Mom stuff and boys stuff. Then some organizing strategies for the Masterbedroom suite and then part of the Basement. We still have organization to work on but clutter has been handled.

Carol was terrific!  I can't wait to have her back to help with the rest of the house.

She does a really good job of house cleaning, and I have quite a few cats and she really likes animals so that is a plus.
