They were terrific - very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and very reasonable. I know that if I had taken the laptop to another provider, I would have had to pay $100 even before I got any help at all. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future.

He has gotten rid of viruses, installed a new hard drive, and had me install software that allows him to do remote diagnostics. He also once told me to return a 22 dollar cable that he could sell me for 2 dollars. I wouldn't use anybody else. He also recommended waiting until after October 22 to buy a new computer because of the new Windows 7 release. I've called him with questions multiple times at no charge.
