They were absolutely wonderful!  From the first time I spoke with Mike, I felt that he was very professional and would do everything he could do to fix my upholstery.  There usually isn't smoking in my car, but I broke the rules once and ended up with an ugly cigarette burn on the back seat.  It was driving me crazy just to see it, so I immediately started looking around for a professional to repair it.  First of all, Mike took a look at it and actually said he could fix it without having to order fabric-which saved a lot of money.  His prices are the best around!  I went to his shop around 9:30 AM, he took the back seat out so I was able to still have my car and I went back at 1:30 PM to have the fixed backseat put back in my car.  The repair only took about 4 hours!  The repair is flawless and he even cleaned up some pre-existing spots I had on the seat!  Mike is not only professional, but he is courteous, honest, very quick and does wonderful work!  I couldn't be happier with my experience!

It looks just like new and you can't tell that the seat has been modified. The entire job took six days including two fittings. Mike is cautious and patient. He is very familiar with the process of fitting a seat to a customer. He is also a very good communicator. I understood exactly what he was going to do the whole time.
