Associate arrived promptly, was pleasant with a silly sense of humor, sprayed in and out of house promptly, and I have had no ants since (it has been more than 2 months.) I thought the price was reasonable.

Chad, the technician, spent time looking at the situation and talking with my husband about it. He then proceeded to set baited traps in the basement and sprayed my kitchen where the ants had been. We only had one mouse after that and the ants seem to be gone.

They were responsive to my questions, punctual and pleasant to work with - from the person who answered the phone to the technician who came to the house.

Extremely easy! I called late Thursday after I was unsuccessful in trying to get the yellow jackets out of the wall. The person on the phone was extremely professional and scheduled us for the next morning. She explained what was going to happen, who are technician would be and answered a few questions. Very friendly and professional. Mike our technician arrived on time and was very good with how to access our yard as there is construction going on in the front. He called as asked when he arrived, took care of the yellow jackets and was also very friendly and professional.

Our ant problem has been severe for years. Seasonally, when the ants come, they come by the hundreds and infiltrate the house.  They are little sand ants, not carpenter ants.  I've tried Terminex, Orkin, DIY solutions, and at best I could "control" the ants but if there were ever so much as a crumb left behind or a container not sealed in Tupperware it could mean waking up to ants everywhere.  
Finally, tired of contracting big name companies who were not solving the problem, but were keeping it "under control" until my next contracted service or call for help, I tried Cleveland Chemical Pest Control.  They quoted an estimate on the phone, scheduled a timely appointment, showed up on time, were professional and courteous, and they resolved the problem in just one visit (at least for the rest of the summer/fall...which is more than we've ever gotten with other companies).  Even when I asked if I should sign up for a contract or repeat service they did not try to sell that to me! They encouraged me to go with the one time service and then revisit the problem if it wasn't resolved. 
So far the issue is resolved, and my tenants and I are thrilled.  I will absolutely call Cleveland Chemical Pest Control if and when we have any future ant problems in any of our homes.

My call was answered promptly, pricing was explained (discounts available) and an appointment for the technician was set for just two days later. Jim arrived promptly at the appointment time, explained the procedure, and advised how to block entry points after the skunk was captured. However, the skunk proved to be elusive and after a week with no capture, Jim came to retrieve the trap, saying the skunk had probably found a more appealing home for itself. All in all, this is an excellent company to work with. The staff in the office are great, and Jim was both professional and personable. I will use this company again if the need arises, and I highly recommend them.

Jamie was very professional, courteous, and friendly.  When I researched the company, I found information that they are a family owned business around since 1903, are licensed and bonded, have a good rating from BBB, and have a senior discount.  We also had a yellowjacket nest removed by them in 2009.  They came out one day while we were at work and the nest was gone.  You can't ask for any better service than that.. 

Excellent.  The tech who did the bird nest/roof work, Jamie, was particularly courteous and competent.  The tech who did the spraying for carpenter bees was also good and very courteous. They were easy to schedule, will use again next spring as needed.  Price seemed slightly high, but I don't know cost of materials for things like spray for the bees.  Perhaps it's very costly, perhaps its not.  For what it's worth, the job seemed a little high.  Won't keep me from using them again, however.

Cleveland Chemical sent a technician the same day I called which was wonderful since we had a nest of yellow jackets in our office wall.  Ronnie came out and was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.  He spent a lot of time with us to determine the best treatment to exterminate the yellow jacket nest in the wall of our house.  By the next day, they were dead and there was no more activity.  I HIGHLY recommend Cleveland Chemical and Pest Control.  We're going to have them come back next year to spray the house since yellow jackets seem to be a problem every year.

We have used them for a lot of years, and they do a basic service.  They're not trying to oversell you anything, so I like them.  They come out, and do the basic service.  They're not trying to sell you something that you don't need.  They're usually pretty responsive, and they come out pretty quickly.  I just have had good luck with them.

I have been very satisfied with their service so far.  They are prompt.  I gave them a call probably after hours on Friday and they came on Monday morning.  That was good response as far as I am concerned.

They will spray the perimeter of the home as well as the inside if you want. They will do that for ants, bees, and hornets. They'll also set traps for mice. They are very accommodating.
