He far exceeded my expectations and impressed me in a number of ways. Josh and his team have very high standards and aim for quality and perfection, nothing less. They walked me through every step of my bathroom renovation from start to finish. They also created the perfect balance of me feeling completely in control (the ultimate decision maker) and not needing to micro-manage their every move. Trust was established from the get-go. Along with Josh and his team’s extreme professionalism, I truly appreciated their personability. I was obviously impressed with the constant communication & updates, strong network of contacts (designers, installers, etc.), and their investment in technological tools to create a sense of ease in doing business and savvy experience, but I also loved having these guys around! They were such a pleasure working with I wanted to invite them over for dinner, but remembered I don’t cook. :) I also must give a HUGE shout out to Andrew Kosturko. He is part of the Cle203K team and performed the majority of the work. This guy is super talented and crafted my dream bathroom. It’s absolutely beautiful and everything I envisioned! Fantastic experience! I went in a bit anxious but my renovation experience could not have been less painless. I was up to date, every step of the way. They took the time to discuss and explain everything and was readily available. I can’t say enough. Highly recommend!

I hired josh’s company Cleveland 203k to remove and replace the damaged joists in my 2nd floor bathroom and kitchen ceiling. Prior to choosing a contractor, I hired a structural engineer to advise on proper restructuring. I met with several contractors for the job and felt most comfortable after talking to Drew, the foreman for Cleveland 203k. He was honest and accurate as to the time frame it would take and the likely results of replacing badly damaged joists in a 80+ y/o home. Drew and his crew (Scott and Mike) were a pleasure to have at the house during the week of the construction. They cleaned up after every workday and were always kind to my 3y/o son. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

From the first meeting to the final walk through, we were very impressed by the communication. These guys did everything they said and actually came in $480 under budget. My husband and I couldn’t be more pleased! The quality of the work was outstanding and they even made a few recommendations that we loved! Thank you so much! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!

From the very start, Josh was very responsive and understanding of our situation. We were in a bad spot and had been ghosted by our previous contractor. Josh's right hand man Drew came in was able to complete the rest of our bathroom job as perfectly as he could even though they did not start the job. Drew was very communicative throughout the process and let us know what his plan for the time he'd be spending with us. I am very pleased with the final outcome and will be using Cleveland 203K and CLE restoration for future jobs. I am also confident in referring them to friends and family.

They were the best at getting the job done. They were slightly higher in price but best had the communication and it was well worth it.

After picking the style of what I wanted, they explained the process of the work they would be doing. They set realistic expectations and deadlines and stuck to them. Could not recommend more highly.
