Chimney Repair
MEMBER HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. HIRED TO REPAIR CHIMNEY. PROVIDER ASKED FOR MONEY SEVERAL TIMES FOR MATERIAL, WAS ALWAYS SHORT OF MONEY. ONLY HALF FINISHED JOB. LEFT SCAFFOLDING UP. THREATENED MEMBER.
