Very well. Frank told me where to buy the new switch and was available to install it for me.

I am very disappointed in the customer service with City blue. We started off having to wait a week after having left a message, for a quote. To which I had to call again. They finally called me back and said they could come out the following week for and estimate. They scheduled Day, they never came out or called. I left a message. They called back and said they could come the next day. After coming out and reviewing everything, they said they'd have a quote to us by the beginning of the week. A week and a half has past and we still have not received the quote. They have wasted nearly a month of my time. They will not be performing the service for us. If this is any indication of how the actual work will be. We have moved on.

Installed a missing separate bar for the ground wires in old sub panel  *  installed 2 new gfci outlets in baths  *  Repaired connector on utility room outlet - broken nut that holds the conduit  *  secured open knockouts  *  I always call Frank for my electrical repairs - he's the best.

Frank is the best and most honest electrician around. His price is very reasonable. He is very reliable and professional. He has got a fantastic memory. He is an old-fashioned craftsman that takes a lot of pride in his work, which is unusual. He was recommended to me years ago by a home builder that told me Frank was the only electrician he would ever let in his own house, so I called him, and I have been using him ever since. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.

He was extremely competent and very professional.  He was upfront about the cost and time that it would take to do it.  We would probably use him again.  He was knowledgeable in electrical work.  He knows what he is doing.

I won't hire anybody else to do my electrical work.  I like the consistency in their performance.  They are fairly priced.  Their work has always been excellent.  They always clean up after themselves.  They are always upfront with what they have discovered.  They explain everything what they are doing and why they are doing, so that way I have a complete understanding as to what the work is and why it has to be done.

My experience with this company is excellent. The quality of work & price are top notch. I recommend this company.

On time or called if delayed. Very concerned and grateful for any changes in schedule. Treated me like I was the only customer he would ever have. Repeated my requests and made sure of what was to be done. Also, when he was finished, he made sure it was exactly what I needed. He got me a quote quickly and performed the work quickly. He brought 2 others, so it would be done quickly. Conversational and friendly, but not to the degree of stopping progress. At the end, I was sorry to see them leave. I felt I had just made 3 new friends! Very reasonable price. I absolutely would use them again.

GOOD WORK, SPOTTED ISSUES THAT MIGHT HAVE BECOME PROBLEMS LATER. OFF THE CUFF ESTIMATES WERE LOOSE, WHICH LEAD TO A FEW SURPRISES, BUT OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCES.

GREAT CREW, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY REASONABLE. DEFINITELY WOULD USE AGAIN.

FRANK IS EXTREMELY THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. HIS WORK IS NEAT, HE USES QUALITY PARTS AND HE STANDS BEHIND HIS JOBS.
