100% positive experience with Circle Floor Company. We brought Don a sample of a brand we picked up at a different retailer. He was able to get us the same product and beat the price by 30%. Installation was professional and meticulous. I highly recommend and would use them for future projects.

The installers were on time, pleasant and seemed to know what they were doing. So far the new carpeting looks and feels very nice. When I had a question about the carpet, I called the store and the owner called me back promptly and answered all of my questions.

The job went very well. The gentleman (owner's son), who did the installation, did a great job. The carpeting went directly to the front door, so visitors would have to step immediately on the carpeting and there was no place to take off their shoes. That is why I decided to have an area approximately 32" x 64" tiled. Don, the owner, was very patient and took all the time I needed to select the tiling. I could not give an all "A" rating because we did run into a scheduling situation. The "B" is under responsiveness for lack of a better available choice. What happened was my place in line was taken out of the schedule due to a current job they were working on and never got rescheduled until I called to see why there was a no show. The job was then rescheduled at a later date. For this appointment, the installer was punctual and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. This is a small Mom and Pop company and everyone was pleasant and easy to work with. I left the choice of grout up to the company and the son (installer) did a good job in picking out the grout. I do want to make it clear that all calls were returned promptly and questions answered.

My experience with them was very good. They did an excellent job. Many years ago somebody did a terrible job in our bathroom. They did a great job and it came out beautiful.

OWNER DOESNT LIKE TO DO INSURANCE WORK, GETS EXCITABLE AND CAN BE NASTY. DID DO A NICE JOB FITTING THE ROOM.
