It was fine. He was professional, he came on time like I said, he really didn't have much work to do, because we hadn't use the fireplace, between the first and the latter time that he came, but I had no complains.

It was great. I would tell a friend or a member from Angie's List looking to use them that there is no reason to call anyone else. They were very professional, very courteous and very nice. The same person came out both times.

It worked out fine. They did a very good job. I have 3 fireplaces and the 3rd one, he told me I didn’t need it done so I thought he was very honest. I’m going to call them back again this year so I would use them again. I believe that they are just about normal in the price.

We had no power in our house at the time and we needed the use the fireplaces. They were the first company who was able to come out. They completed the repair in about half of an hour. They were very helpful and even gave us their phone number as well. Everything was fine.

This was our first time using the company, and everything went well.  There were no problems with scheduling or communicating, they left absolutely no mess, and the technician was very cordial and knowledgeable.
