It was incredibly fast. The paperwork was kept to a minimum. Charter One already had much of my financial information on file, so the whole process was painless. I am very satisfied.

This was all done via email, phone conversations and mailing of documents with the exception of the final paperwork signing which was at my house. With the exception of some errors that had to be corrected on the paperwork, and a late filing, I found the process to be easy. It was especially beneficial that there were no closing costs.
