SALESMAN ARRIVED AND ASKED IF MY WIFE WOULD BE JOINING US. WHEN HE FOUND OUT SHE WASN'T HE ASKED IF THERE WAS ANOTHER TIME HE COULD COME BACK. TOLD HIM I DIDN'T KNOW MY WIFE WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BE PRESENT. I TOLD HIM I DIDN'T LIKE HIS ATTITUDE, IT WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN AND TO GET OUT OF MY HOUSE. I REFUSED TO BE HIGH PRESSURED, AND I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE ELSE USING THIS COMPANY TO DO THE SAME. I ALSO PLAN ON REPORTING THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES TO THE BBB.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THEM AND HAVE BEEN QUITE HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. WE DID HAVE A SLIGHT PROBLEM ON THE INSTALLATION, BUT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT IN GETTING SOMEONE HERE TO FIX THE PROBLEM.

DIDN'T HAVE ANY PRESSURE FROM THE SALES MAN, HOWEVER, HE WAS VERY QUICK TO TELL ME WHY ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES WERE NO GOOD. THE PRICE WAS ONE OF THE HIGHEST QUOTES I RECEIVED.

ORDER THE WINDOWS IN JANUARY. THEY WERE DESPERATE TO MAKE A SALE. GET AN ESTIMATE FROM WINDOW AND DOOR FACTORY BEFORE CHAMPION. THEY WILL MATCH THE PRICE.

ORDERED WINDOWS IN APRIL. AFTER REPEATED CALLS FINALLY INSTALLED IN AUGUST. CONTRACT SAID THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED IN 6-10 WEEKS. WINDOWS CAME WITH PROBLEMS FROM MANUF. INSTALLERS CRACKED TILES IN BATHROOM AND RIPPED HOLES IN SCREEN DOOR. INSTALLER DID NOT USE TARPS AND LEFT HOUSE WITH CARPET FULL OF DEBRIS. WE HAD TO CLEAN UP. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
