My husband and I purchased some new furniture. My husband started getting bites on his legs and we suspected bed bugs. After calling a popular pest control service which said that they did not see anything, I decided to call Certified Pest Control and have them bring the K9 over to sniff for peace of mind. The dog found some in two spots. Within a few days the whole crew were out here for the afternoon using the heat treatment in the two rooms, also my husband's car. A few days after that the K9 came back and everything was clear. My husband has not had bites since then. Steve always got back to me right away if had any questions which I really appreciated. Kevin, the owner of the K9 also got back to me quickly. The whole crew was really nice, punctual, and informative. Even though the situation was gross, working with Certified Pest Control to get rid of them was pleasant.

We spent the night at my father's house to wake up to bed bugs. Freaked out that we brought them into outlr house even with all the precautions we took, we hired their K9 services. The handler and the dog were very professional. They went through some of the rooms twice. No bed bugs!!!! They even checked our car.

Outstanding service from my call to schedule through the completion of the work. Scheduler gave me an approximate cost. As promised, the tech called before he came. He was extremely professional and explained what he was going to do. The estimate was accurate as well

When I found out that my daughter in NY had a bedbug problem in her apt., there, and had just been in my home for Easter, I called Certified Pest Control. I read about them on Angie's List. Steve Kmetz heard the panic in my voice and came out that day (a Friday) to see the house and give me a price to have the house heated to rid it of the bedbugs if I had any. He then had the and quot;bedbug sniffing dogand quot;, Tillie, and her handler come out to see if I did have bugs. It turned out that I did have them in the room my NY daughter slept in, but Tillie also found bugs in my second daughter's bedroom who was at collage. Her house that she lived in for college was also full of bed bugs. That was not a nice surprise!! Steve had tons of bins brought over to the house so that my husband and I could put everything flammable, things that melt, fragile items, etc. into them for special treatment.

BE ADVISED if you have to do this--It is a HUGE job preparing the house for the de-bugging. It took the two of us ALL weekend (morning to night) to get everything on the list that they gave us into the bins!!!!!! Get lots of help to do this---IF you can get anyone to come into your house.

Steve scheduled his crew to come out on Monday to heat the house and rid me of the bedbugs. They came right when they said they were going to be there, and were courteous and professional. When I came home from work they were finished.

A few days later Tillie the dog was back to sniff for bugs again to make sure the place was clean. Well, to my dismay, it was not. Tillie still smelled bugs in the NY daughter's room. So, they had to come out and re-heat that room. The last time Tillie sniffed, my whole house was bed bug free. Steve and his crew kept stressing to me how rare it was that they ever have to re-treat a house. Of course it had to be mine!!

When it was time for my daughter to come home from college, they treated all her bags of clothes and even her car for bugs.

Steve, his crew, and even the dog were extremely nice, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. I can't say enough good things about them all. It is a VERY expensive service to have done, but if you need it, this is the company to call.

I use them every other year for pest control. I don't like the lady who answers the phone. She is very hard to deal with. Other than that, I highly recommend them!

Don't know the cost, landlord paid the bill. Excellent job!

!Words fail, but I'll give it a shot. We were so totally freaked out when, after a week of scratching, we learned we had a bed bug infestation. I found Steve Kmetz on Angie's List and he came out immediately. He spent nearly two hours walking around our house and answering all of our many questions. He is not only knowledgeable, but also a great communicator and teacher.
Two days later, they came out to clean one of our cars which we would use to leave the house on the day of the treatment. They hauled in 8-10 generators, high powered fans and three staff: Chris, Mike and Bill. We were chocolatey messes when we were leaving and they were patient and empathic and responded to all of our concerns.
We hid out in town for nearly 10 hours. They drove the temperature in every room of our house to nearly 130 degrees (we learned that bed bugs die in 7 minutes at 120 degrees). When we came home, we were frazzled and crazed and afraid to even sit down. Mike assured us that it was safe to relax and enjoy our bug-less home.
Two days later, Steve sent out Gary Broberg and his canine, Bella, to confirm that the bugs were gone. He was absolutely great! Bella was great. No bugs. That night, we slept soundly for the first time in two weeks.
My wife and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Steve and his colleague, Gary, if you ever have the unfortunate occasion to meet a bedbug who has hitchhiked into your home.

Spray for bees and ants. Completed the job to our satisfaction and came back for second visit when more bees arrived. No charge for follow up visit.

After they were finished the went through and made sure their equipment did not leave any marks on the floor or damage any part of the house.

When we found one bed bug in our living room, it felt like the whole week was turned upside down. We took more than 25 bags of clothing, towels, sheets, pillow, etc. to the laundry mat, obsessively cleaned every corner of the house, checked and then re-checked our pets, got rid of furniture. After all of it we didn't have the reassurance that we actually got rid of the small infestation since the little pests can live in floor crevices and behind floorboards. Since we only found 1 bug and 2 eggs, paying for the full heat treatment seemed possibly wasteful and expensive. Steve of CPC hooked us up with his associate, Gary, and his trusty bed bug detecting K9, Bella so that we'd know the true scope of our infestation. For a very reasonable price, Gary and Bella came to our home, smelled EVERYTHING (even the car, basement, and garage). They found no live infestation, my husband and I didn't go into debt, and we had the reassurance we needed, not to mention revisit coverage for Bella if we were to suspect another infestation, which they upheld when I called a month later. Luckily, it was a false alarm.
This is a very professional, compassionate, and courteous company.

We have used them the last three years. They do a good job and we don't normally see any signs of bees. One time we had to have them back and they responded quickly to spray again. We have been happy with them. It is a one-time charge and it is guaranteed. If they have to come back, there is no additional charge. We will use them again.

READILY RELATED NAME OF ACTIVE INGREDIENT USED (BISENTHRIN) WHICH THE NATIONAL ANIMAL POISON CONTROL (1-800-426-4435) CONFIRMED REQUIRED THE SPRAYED AREAS TO DRY FOR SEVERAL HOURS BEFORE ALLOWING DOGS TO ENTER AREAS. AND, NAPC ADVISED THAT IF DOGS DID EAT TREATED GRASS (THAT HAD DRIED FOR SEVERAL HOURS) THAT EVEN IF THEY DID VOMIT, NOT TO FREAK OUT, THAT THEY'D BE SAFE. DOGS WERE PERMITTED TO ENTER AREA 4 HOURS AFTER TREATMENT; WERE NOT INTERESTED IN EATING GRASS; WEEKS LATER, SOME NIBBLING, BUT NO VOMITING. EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH TREATMENT; MONSTER SPIDER FOUND DEAD NEXT MORNING. FAR FEWER INSECTS IN POOL. WILL SPRAY SOONER NEXT SEASON. NICE, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN.
