He was helpful and explained what he would need to do. I wanted it done a certain way, which he was prepared to do but it didn't work out so he had to do it another way and it turned out really well. I am very pleased with the job.

Great experience, I highly recommend Certified Craftsman. I had vinyl siding repaired on the sides and back of garage... the bottom several pieces all around had been heavily damaged form weedeaters, etc. The repairs were done in a few hours, on time and the day scheduled and the job looks great. The replacement pieces match well and leftover material was also left for me to use in the future. Great Job and Thank You !

He answered my original call within 5 minutes, came out the next day to evaluate the work and give me an estimate, located the necessary replacement pieces and returned the next day to finish the work. Tom Nevits was extremely professional. He was the only contractor from Home Advisor that called me and he called right away. We scheduled the project at my convenience and he was on time, very professional, completed the work on time, and result was better than expected. I'll be hiring him for future projects.

I signed the contract on May 4th (with the agreement that it couldn't be done on a Tuesday). I called on May 18th to get an update since I hadn't heard from him. He called on May19th letting me know he would be by on May 20th to do the job. It would have been nice to hear back from him 4-5 days from the signing to know I wasn't forgotten. It took him a little over an hour to do all the repairs I requested.
