CENTRAL CADILLAC

I use Central Cadillac for auto care. It was no charge to me. I would tell others that they treat you like family.  It's a great company.  They give you a loaner so it takes the day to get the work done.  The workers are very courteous and professional.

My experience was excellent. I have been with them for a number of years now. They treat you right and give you the best deal that is out there. All I had to do was pay the December payment that I would have made for my 2014. I gave them that and they gave me the keys. They are fair. They treat you like family. You are a customer for life. If they sold you one car, they are going to keep you in that type of vehicle for the rest of your life. I got there about 2 o’clock and I was leaving about 4:30 with the new car. I would recommend them to anybody for the quality of the vehicle as well as the service and maintenance. They bend backwards to accommodate you. The workers are fine. From the attendant up to the president of the company that would come over and welcome you back. They are very friendly.

Hew was unable to hear the noise but took the time to put it up on the lift and go over it with a mechanic too just to see if anything was loose

They have access to some parts and some parts I had to order it down from Florida. I get the parts sent to me and then I take my car to Central Cadillac. They then fix it for me. They have a keeper there who oversees the body work and automotive repair part. The person goes above and beyond. Last time, I had a problem with my car and he did the work for me after coming from his work.

The door of my Jeep Cherokee was damaged and replaced soon after I bought it in 2003. It was covered by insurance and the work was done by a shop in Colorado. By 2006, I was back in Cleveland and some rust was developing on the door. The other three doors were fine, so I thought it must be due to the replacement. The insurance company says they guarantee their repairs, so I took it to their contract shop, which is Central Cadillac here. They repaired the door and, I believe, were reimbursed by the insurer. By 2011, the rust was back on the door (just that door still), so I took the Jeep back in. As I understand it, CC contacted the insurer and they either weren't going to pay for it again, or it would have taken too much paperwork relative to the size of the job. So CC did the repair and didn't charge me. I appreciate it when a servicer will make this kind of investment in a customer. I will keep it in mind when I consider future repairs and purchases. The staff was nice and the facilities are exceptional.

The dirty thing to learn is that you need new tires, which is a bunch of crock. I took our car to my favorite mechanic and he said, "Of course you don't need new tires." That's just a dirty way to make money. We bought all our cars from them; you don't treat customers like that. We're not stupid, so that was just very distasteful to do that. I gave them a B on price because they do do a lot of stuff for free. They also give you a loaner car, which is nice because sometimes they need the car for two or three days. We'll continue going to them. They know who we are. Sometimes they're good but last time they weren't.
