I was able to get an appointment the day after I called, so response was very quick. I took my materials in for initial consultation and they were able to do my taxes right then and there on the spot. In 15 minutes it was all over with. They explained everything very clearly so that I would understand it. Staff there is very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. It was a good experience. I will use them again in the future.

Called around to a couple of places before I settled on this company. They were the 1st company that didn't want to charge me an arm and a leg to do my taxes. I had moved during the year and bought a house. I didn't feel comfortable filing my own taxes with all the recent changes in my life but I sure didn't want to have to give my whole return to someone for filing my taxes. They sat down with me, and went over everything and charged me a reasonable price.

We've been using them for a number of years and we've never had a problem. We've gotten just about what we thought we should get back in terms of returns. We have a fairly complicated return and not tremendously complicated, but complicated enough that I don't want to deal with. What stands out about them is that we've had no problems. Their price is average.
