CATALANO ROOFING LLC

We had a very bad experience with him. His name was Joe Catalano. The price was okay but it wasn't cheap. He did not do all the repairs that were on his estimate. We called him on it and he said he would come back out to fix it. He never did and never called. It was a very bad experience. We would never hire him again.

I left a message to obtain an estimate and Mr. Catalano called me back within a few days. He told me he would be over on a particular day to do the estimate, but he was unable to make it (I didn't need to be there), but called me that evening and told me why he didn't make it there and when he would be out to do the estimate. When I called to see when he could do the project, he was able to do it within a little over a week. I did have to call him again to pinpoint what day he would be coming. He called the night before to let me know he would be out the day he told me he would be there. The project was finished when I returned home that evening. Overall a good experience.

He was really good overall. He was on time and very clean. His workers were very professional and did really good work. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't know him at all, I was referred by a friend.

Called and spoke with the owner. He was supposed to come over the next day and give an estimate. He never showed up and never called back. That was weeks ago.

The owner, Robertto, showed up on time for estimates, checked out roof told me the problem with roof. Explained what was needed and how he would do the job. Help me pick out a shingle that would match the color of brick on my house. Showed up on time to start the job as promised and did a great job, hauled all the ripped off shingles and rotted plywood away left work area cleaner than when he started. very nice person,very informative, explained in detail how the work would be performed, great work,nice person, great company what a pleasure.

Catalano Roofing, LLC had given us a quote and we confirmed the job to be done beginning on September 7, 2006. Catalano Roofing was referred to us by a friend. The contractor called to postpone the start time of the job to the following Monday, September 11th. He never showed up on Monday, September 11, 2006, and did NOT call. We have called him three times with no response. He has not returned our calls and has not come to start the job. Therefore, we are using Angie's List to find another roofing contractor.

Cleaned up site completely after work was completed. Outstanding crew, very professional. Will use them again to do house tear off and reroof. Arrived on time and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived.
