Absolutely awful!! The crew come and go whenever - no set day. The work that is done is, at best, mediocre. The worst of all is the owner (Tim). Once he signs you on as a client, he could care less about you. He is totally inaccessible. Whenever I needed something done, I would have to leave him an average of 3 messages for him to call back. And then I would have to remind him another 3 times after that for the work to finally be done. Will tell as many neighbors as possible to never use his services.

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR THE PAST 3-4 YEARS MAINLY BECAUSE WE CAN'T FIND ANYONE BETTER & LESS EXPENSIVE. THEY AREN'T VERY TIMELY. IT'S HARD TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM WHEN THE DRIVE ISN'T PLOWED ON TIME. WHEN THEY DO PLOW, THEY USUALLY DO A GOOD JOB.
