At Caraballo Heating and Air Conditioning, your family’s comfort is our primary goal. We provide year-round comfort and peace of mind to families in the Cleveland area, including Westlake, Rocky River, Avon, Avon Lake, Bay Village, North Ridgeville and North Olmsted. We provide comfort from dry itchy air, heat and humidity and everything in between. Our services include furnace and A/C repairs, installation and preventative maintenance. We also have the ability to service both residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems. As an authorized Luxaire dealer, we have a wide selection of furnace and air conditioning models to suite your heating and cooling needs. We are licensed, bonded and insured (Ohio LIC# 46195) and we accept check, cash and Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Caraballo Heating and Air Conditioning is also involved with The Make A Wish Foundation. Any new furnace or air conditioning system we sell, a portion goes toward helping grant a child's wish.

Miguel was able to come out same day to take a look and figured the issue was likely the Nest thermostat stealing power. Pulled in a different wire for the time being which brought everything back online. Very friendly and knowledgeable service!

They told me exactly what it would cost before doing the work. Mr Caraballo was able to come right out to fix my heat. I have used him since for maintenance. He does a good job, is timely and efficient. Before coming in to the house he puts shoe covers on which shows respect for my home. He is also very personable.

At first they thought it was the board, but the furnace is still under warranty. He brought back the board, but that wasn't the issue. But he was able to get the furnace going. The owner, Miguel, was the one who came out. I was very pleased with the service. Miguel found that it ended up being a relay switch and he also gave me a senior citizen discount. The furnace is working great and I have no complaints. Miguel was very accommodating, personable and nice. He really took his time to go over things with me and my son.

Miguel met me at my home and provided a detailed estimate (lowest of 5 bids) within a few days. He was extremely professional,
as were all members of his crew. They installed two air conditioning units, one in the attic to cool the second floor, and one in the basement to cool the first floor. Work included installation of all duct work and some additional electrical work. The system functioned perfectly all summer. I could not be more pleased with my experience and would highly recommend Caraballo’s.

Miguel measured or tested each event in the operating cycle of my furnace to find out what was causing the problem. He found a defective motor capacitor, a $5 part, and replaced it. The adjusted the gas pressure which was too high. He tightened bolts which eliminated a buzzing sound. I was impressed how thorough he was. His service and labor charges were fair. Miguel is young, energetic, and has good people skills. I highly recommend him.
