The contract read several things that were and weren't done. They never found a seat that fit right for my toilet after throwing out the toilet seat that we had. My son had to work on the oversized toilet seat that they left me to get it to fit. They broke out the wood that held the fixture that I lock the window with. They said it was easy to fix and would send their best worker. After I threatened them by going to the BBB, they came back to fix the problem 6 weeks later. They lied to me when they said they'd send someone out to fix the problem because it didn't happen until I threatened them. They didn't do some of the things in the contract.

A 4 DAY JOB TOOK 2 1/2 WEEKS. GAVE THEM 1,000 DOWN FOR A 2,000 JOB BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY BUSY. TERRIBLE PAINTING JOB, THEY HAD DRIPS EVERYWHERE. THEY HAD TO REPLACE 2 OF MY WINDOW SHADES. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY WOULD COME OUT AND DO A LITTLE MORE. I MADE MY FINAL PAYMENT ON 9/20/05 AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RECEIPT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE FLOOR. THE OWNER DID A GOOD JOB, BUT HIS WORKERS DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND TOOK RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE WORK OF HIS CREW.

OVERALL I WAS VERY VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK. I THINK THE PRICE WAS FAIR. MY INSURANCE ADJUSTER SAID THAT SOME THINGS IN THE HOME NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, BUT CAPTAIN HANDY'S PEOPLE SAID IT WAS NOT NECESSARY, BUT THEY WOULD DO THE WORK IF I WANTED. I APPRECIATE THAT. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN

MIKE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS WORK, AND YET VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE WORKED. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK AND PLAN TO USE HIS SERVICES AGAIN WHEN I HAVE SOMETHING TO BE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM HIGHLY. FOR THE WORK DONE, THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR FUTURE WORK I NEED TO HAVE DONE AT MY HOME AND WILL REFER THEM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. OF ALL THE COMPANIES I HAVE USED IN THE PAST, THEY SEEM TO BE THE MOST TRUSTWORTHY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS MADE ME FEEL THAT I WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF.
