I thought they were very good, they were very competent, they were efficient, on time, honorable, and they did a good job. They came in, and my husband was dying and they were very respectful. I was very happy with them. I thought they were pricey. I would like to get the estimate first, but I have no experience, and so didn't know what to expect. After my husband died, they came and made a special effort, and didn't charge me. I have never had anybody do that.

He's a master plumber who gives wonderful service. He was even willing to come out on a Sunday. I definitely plan to use him again.

I use him all the time. He is excellent. He came when he said he would come. He was very reasonable. He works up front. He did a good job.

Clarence had performed work for us before, always professional, honest, and go out of his way for his customers. We had a project to properly install a downstairs toilet (connect it properly for venting), install a brand new shower (floor drain, pad, fiberglass unit), and work with another contractor that was installing new wall, electrical, lighting, window, etc.) Asked Clarence to give us an estimate without a tight timeframe. His work was scattered over several visits, even brought his son along to assist. Clarence is the best! Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for!

Nothing really stood out about them, but they did a fine job and we like the fixtures that we picked. Everything has turned out and is working quite well. The price was competitive.

He was rather expensive but he was prompt and clean. He did a toilet for me before this sink incident and I called him back. He did the job and nothing had to be done afterwards so the quality was pretty good.

We previously used Clarence to check if we hooked up our gas stove properly. He helped my husband and replaced the gas valve in order for the slide-in stove to fit properly. It was a great experience, so we called him again. This time our basement faucet leaked and was stripped. Clarence always returns calls and came out the next day. He called an hour before he came. The new unit is a local brand (supporting local business a plus) that can replace parts instead of replacing the entire unit. He was fast and left no mess. He showed me things I can do to maintain the washer hoses. He is very pleasant and I trust him in our home.
