If you are looking for someone who is curtious and who cares about the customer then Buckeye Pool Services is for you. Excellent service!! They made me feel like I was a priority. I would definitely recommend them and I plan on using them again in the future.

Very smoothly, as always. They drained water off of the cover, cleaned and folded the cover and inflatable, hooked up filter and pump, installed ladder, tested water, provided and added needed chemicals. They also found a tear in the liner and came back the next day to successfully repair it. I have used Buckeye Pool since we installed the pool (7+ years ago) for opening, closing and any needed issues that arise. Their service has always been the same--responsive, punctual, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them and will recommend them to the new owners when we move later this summer.

Jeff and Darlene Heigl are THE BEST. I don't know what we'd do without them. After utilizing their services for almost 20 years, they are trusted and valued people who we would be lost without. Outstanding, reliable, knowledgeable service. We are able to leave house and garage open while we are gone for them to get and use what they need. Everything is clean and put in place when we get home, whether it is for an opening or a closing. No mess left behind. Would never think of using anyone else!! Jeff has been our pool guy for 15+years and we have always been pleased. Jeff opens and closes our in-ground vinyl lined pool every year as scheduled. The cover is cleaned and ready to be put away for the summer. He makes sure that every thing is in good working order. Whenever we have had a problem with the water chemistry, Jeff responds promptly and helps with the issue. He also delivers chemicals right to your door at a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Jeff for swimming pool care!

Can't say enough good things about this mans work, honesty, and knowledge of pool maintenance. As a 20 year plus pool owner, I've had my fair share of heater and equipment headaches. In my opinion, this guy is as good as it gets when it comes to anything the average pool owner can't, or doesn't have the time, to do. Thank you so much for helping us find him!!

They are the best that they could possibly be. They are the best thing that has happened to me in 40 years of having a pool. They are very professional and they are so much better than anyone else I've ever used and they are also competitively priced. I couldn't say nice enough things about them.

The filter that was originally installed did not work properly (not Buckeye's fault). Jeff came back, removed the faulting pool filter and installed the replacement at no additional charge. The filter works great and our pool is crystal clear! Jeff knows that we allow our 2 Labrador retrievers to swim in the pool which can result in a lot of hair in the filter. Our old filter was DE which would get clogged with hair. He recommended a sand filter and it has been working great since installed.

Pool was opened as scheduled. Service included removing, cleaning and packing winter cover, installing hand rail, ensuring filter works properly, treating water with chemicals and powerwashing pool decking. Price included service and chemicals. Jeff comes on the day promised and takes care of everything! A few weeks after opening, we were having trouble with our automatic pool cleaner. Jeff stopped to look at it when delivering chemicals that we ordered. It's great to have the heavy chemical buckets delivered to the pool area and not have to carry them from the car.
We are very satisfied with Buckeye Pools and would recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.

Jeff closed the pool, including blowing out the lines, adding chemicals, removing rails and stairs, servicing the filter, and covering the pool. He was very quick, efficient, and knowledgable.
