HE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY QUICK. THE RESULTS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I HAVE A DEER PROBLEM IN MY AREA AND HE RESEARCHED AND WAS ABLE TO HELP ME TO FIND DEER RESISTANT PLANTS. IT TOOK HIM A WHILE TO GET TO ME, BUT IT WAS WELL WORTH THE WAIT.

BOB KRISTOFF CAME TO MY HOUSE TO SEE THE YARD, AND FAXED ME AN ESTIMATE AND A SKETCH A FEW DAYS LATER (04/30/2005) UPON REQUEST. I SENT HIM A FAX ON MAY 2ND LETTING HIM KNOW WHAT TYPE OF SHRUBS I WANTED, AND ASKING HIS OPINION ON THEM. AFTER TWO FOLLOW-UP PHONE CALLS, HE HAS NOT CALLED BACK.
