Aaron is efficient, honest, ethical and a first-rate handyman.. He was very innovative in devising an effective method of securing existing screen frames into window slots with louvered windows. We were completely satisfied with his work.

It went awesome! My repairs were last week and two days a go we had vandalizm at our residence and i called him that day that it happened, he stopped by after work to give us suggestion, he is very kind.

I was more than happy with the work Aaron did for me. He repaired my kitchen ceiling and exceeded my expectations. He matched the texture that is on the ceiling so well that I cannot tell the difference between what was there and what he was able to do. He was on time, personable and very clean. I will most definitely use his services again

Even better than I imagined. Aaron framed the screens so that the porch looks even nicer than I had envisioned it. He did an incredible job in terms of the quality. I am really impressed. Plus he was punctual and kept me updated on the progress as he went along, which I really appreciate. We found some damage to the wood and he was able to help fix that while he was bucking the frame so the cost was a bit higher but I'm glad that I now know the porch is structurally in good shape.

This company did not do a very good job. I did not feel like he was not professional. He did not fill the nail holes, paint was dripping. I had to ask him to go back and fix things he should have known to fix.

Aaron is very up front and detailed when providing estimates.  He will let you know what he will do, options if you have options, and how long he thinks it will take him to finish.  I've never had an issue getting a call or text back and he is always on time.  As for the work itself, the quality is A+.  If you didn't know where my kitchen ceiling was damaged you would not be able to figure it out without guessing.  Aaron doesn't try to suck every penny out of you like many people would.  He willingly gives advice on how to fix something, sometimes without even having to ask, but is always helpful if you have a question.  Very open and honest.  I'm not the most handy person out there, but I've taken some of Aaron's advice and got a few small projects done on my own.  Lastly, Aaron has other contacts that have been helpful to me, as I have contracted out asphalt and cement work based on Aaron's recommendation.

Everything went just as planned.  An earlier project on upgrading exterior brickwork also went very well.  This was in response to a Cleveland Heights violation notice.  The work passed a subsequent inspection.

Aaron is very responsive and does high quality work.  He is upfront about his hourly fee (65.00/hr) and will tell you when he can't give an estimate for time not knowing how complex the job might be.  He shows up exactly when promised, works diligently, and cleans up after his job. He is one of the most reliable contractors that we've worked with.

We've used Aaron before and willingly came back to him - and he didn't disappoint! He can be a little gruff to talk to, but his work and his work ethic are outstanding. Every project he's done for us he's done even better than we'd have done it, if we did it ourselves.

Aaron knew that I needed to have the work done prior to a big family gathering.  Even though he was booked for the week, he fit me in at my convenience.  The work was great, as usual.  Aaron is a "can do" guy.  I never hear no from him.  He was as tidy as always and completed the work at a very fair price.  The workmanship was excellent and he saved me decorating expenses with an original idea for the repair.
He is the only repair person I ever call.  As always, I don't know why anyone would call anyone else.

Aaron was able to get to the job within about two weeks of initial assessment, arrived on
time each of 3days it took and completed on time. Used before and he's always
meticulous, even with minor repairs and maintenance such as this; communicates well; professional;
cleans up at end of day. Not cheap but worth $ for the quality and reliability. I would use again.

Aaron is perfect for a first time homeowner!  Having moved from an apartment to our first home, we needed quite a bit of help and advice.  No question was too basic for Aaron.  He did a great job educating us, and our place looks great.  Definitely have more work for him to do!

I was very happy with the service provided by Aaron of Brauer Home Improvement. Aaron came to our home on a Sunday to provide our estimate and began his work on that Tuesday. Aaron was punctual, professional and provided quality work. Not only was I impressed with the quality of work and the time it took for him to complete the work the cost was reasonable and affordable. I would contact him again and have already made referrals for his service.

I was very impressed with Aaron's knowledge of older homes.  He even knew the architect that designed the the homes in this particular area of Shaker Heights.  Delivered a professional in depth report later that evening.  I would definitely recommend him

I've yet to find anything this man can't do. I think I have high standards for repairs and re-dos, and he has consistently met and exceeded them. One of his finest attributes is the fact that he never leaves me any cleanup. He picks up, vacuums, and washes any areas in which he works. He always provides suggestions from his own experiences; he found a 30's era storm door for my home and refinished it. He knew I really wanted to retain the character of the home. I would recommend him to anyone. I would never consider using anyone else.
