THIS SO CALLED ''MAC EXPERT'', MATT BAK, DOES NOT WORK FULLTIME FOR PAUL, BUT ''ON THE SIDE'', FROM HIS HOME. I ONLY LEARNED THIS FROM MATT AFTER 3 DAYS OF WAITING. THIS IS CLEARLY WHY HE COULDN''T DO THE WORK EFFICIENTLY AND ON TIME. HE IS MOST LIKELY NOT EVEN A MAC ''CERTIFIED'' REPAIR PERSON. HE ALSO SOUNDED VERY STRANGE WHEN I SPOKE TO HIM LAST. TO ME, IT''S NOT WORTH THE RISK.
