They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would. We were very satisfied with the work. This is the second time we have done business with them and the second time we are very well satisfied. They used cement instead of caulk which I thought was good, and they had some extra cement and filled in some holes in the basement wall.

Dennis Assaf, who estimated the job with my special requirements, seemed to be the most knowledgeable and experienced of the contractors I consulted. He instantly understood my needs and offered helpful suggestions. The installation crew arrived on the date and time agreed to about two weeks earlier. Both were relatively young men and polite, but it happens that each had a lot of installation experience. They did a fine installation, totally up to my high standards, and left the site cleaner than when they arrived.

THE MORTAR IS MISSING IN AREAS & IS NOT EVEN. THE MORTAR IS ALL OVER THE PANELING- THEY NEVER WIPED IT OFF. CALLED & LEFT A MESSAGE THAT I WAS DISAPPOINTED & HE HASN'T CALLED BACK.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT, SHOWED UP ON THE TIME AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE WINDOWS.

CAME SAME DAY THAT I CALLED WITHIN THE HOUR. REMOVED OLD WINDOWS, GOOD GUARANTEE ON WINDOWS, GOOD CLEAN UP OF SITE.

I WAS A LITTLE APPREHENSIVE THAT THEY SENT TWO YOUNG MEN OUT TO DO THE JOB, I WASN'T SURE THEY WOULD KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

I DEALT WITH THE OWNER TONY. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT AND THE WORK WAS QUITE SUPERIOR. THE PRICING WAS VERY FAIR.

I ALSO CALLED ANOTHER COMPANY, AND THEIR PRICES WERE ABOUT 50% HIGHER.

TWO YEARS PRIOR TO THIS, I HAD A DIFFERENT COMPANY DO WINDOWS IN THE KITCHEN. THEY WERE DOING THE FRAMING ON THE INSIDE INSTEAD OF OUTSIDE. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THE WORK BIZIK DID WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CLEANED UP VERY WELL AND WERE ON TIME. I HAD A MINOR LEAK AND THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT WITH NO PROBLEMS. I CAN NOW EAT IN MY KITCHEN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

VERY PROMPT RESPONSE, CLEAR EXPLANATIONS, IMMEDIATE SERVICE. THE WORKERS WERE A BIT CARELESS WITH CLEANUP, BUT THE INSTALLATION OF THE WINDOWS WAS PERFECT.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. WE HAVE USED THEM TWICE AT TWO RESIDENCES. THE OTHER JOB THEY INSTALLED 7 BASEMENT WINDOWS.

THEY BILLED ME IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB AND WERE IMPATIENT WHEN IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS FOR ME TO GET OVER TO THE PROPERTY (IT`S A RENTAL) TO LOOK AT THE WORK. I HAD TO COORDINATE WITH THE TENANTS AND MY OWN SCHEDULE AND IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS. THE CHECK WAS IN THE MAIL IN A WEEK BUT THEY HAD CALLED MY HOME SEVERAL TIMES DESPITE MY EXPLANATION OF THE REASON FOR THE DELAY.
