Big Lou saved my bacon after a storm removed my power box from my house and I needed to get it repaired ASAP. I got his number from the city of Rocky River, and he was responsive and courteous. He was out in a matter of a few hours and his work was impeccable. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Lou was great. Pointed out things that were not in compliance. Worked quickly and efficiently and appeared.to be trustworthy. I had a list and was having issues for a while, previous electrician did not complete the job. Did not pressure or panic me. I have more jobs that need to be done, he advised me on what I need to purchase when he returns. He had the Ballists in his truck, which also made it easier for me. Lou was super responsive, courteous, and punctual. He explained all that he was doing before the actual work was done, then did more than he planned, while staying within the estimated cost. He communicated every step of the way, via phone, since I was at work the day he did the actual work. Can't recommend highly enough.

Lou was extremely courteous and professional from the very first phone call, as well as follow-up ones. He did all the work as stated in the detailed estimate, took the time to explain what he did, and left the premises like it was before he did the work. Because of the nature of the work, he could only give a "ballpark" estimate, which was $1,000-1,500. The final cost was $1,000.

We are extremely satisfied with the electrical work that Lou did for us. We contacted him to do the electrical grounding on our above ground pool as well as an electrical panel. We contacted him, on short notice and he was able to do the work right away for us. He is very reliable, friendly, neat, and reasonable. Best experience that we have ever had with a contractor. Fine. He was able to squeeze this small job in on the same day we called him and completed it at the agreed-upon price, which we considered a little on the high side, but paid in order to get this done quickly.

What a life-saver! I called Monday morning. Lou responded immediately. He said he couldn't make it out until the evening, because his day was already booked solid. He said he would definitely come out. But, he also understood that I was nervous and needed it fixed quickly. He told me to try other electricians to see if they could come earlier and then just call him to cancel the evening appointment. He also had me send pictures of the breaker box, so he would make sure the brought all the necessary parts. After reading all his reviews and talking to him, I didn't want to call another electrician. About 7:00 pm he texted to say he was still on his last job and it would still be about another hour. He arrived shortly after 8:00 pm. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He also offered to do an electrical inspection of anything else that I may have been concerned about. He found an unused sub-panel and removed it. He tested wiring, outlets and anything else that I pointed to. He was fast, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things so I could understand. I will definitely use him again! I already have a quote for installing a new line, ceiling box and ceiling fans.

Flawlessly, on time, on budget

Lou fixed the issue in the garage right away but our din.basement issue was not easy to solve right away. He fixed it in a follow up vist and only charged a very nominal fee. I picked him because after reading all the other reviews, and his honesty and integrity seem to be consistent. Lou is a great guy who does great. work.

We cannot say enough about the superior service we received from Big Lou, from troubleshooting a sudden power outage (including an immediate service call to our home on a weekend evening) to the electrical work performed. So professional - Lou is a very hard worker who is prompt, efficient, personable and skilled.
