The people at Berg's were very helpful throughout the buying process and especially so when we had an issue with the Romina crib-to-bed conversion kit. They also were great in setting up the cribs originally. They may not be the cheapest place in town for cribs/beds, but their knowledge and helpfulness was absolutely a lifesaver when we had an issue. I called them assuming they wouldn't have any idea what I was talking about and wouldn't be helpful (like most retailers these days), but they surprised me. I highly recommend them for children's furniture, if you want to go with anything beyond the basics.
