Mr. Battle was fantastic. Super professional, no non-sense, called you in to explain everything (even showing you empty boxes to make sure you knew no parts were left behind), went out to get correct part at no extra charge when he discovered complications, his recommendation for new toilet was just what we needed, and he showed up on time. Unlike some other repair people, you knew he cared about getting the the current job perfect rather than being concerned about hurrying on to the next job.

Mr. Battle has always been very professional and cordial. He is a workhorse! Always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done--sometimes without charging extra! I don't know of another plumber who can beat Mr. Battle's prices and still perform above and beyond what the job calls for. He knows what he's doing.

He was terrific. He did have to order the parts. Again, his prices were very fair.

They were able to clear the drain in my bathroom sink. He had to really work, but he was able to clear the drain. He found some work that had been done incorrectly. He corrected all of it and it is now working beautifully. He was very punctual and courteous. He was very professional. His prices were extremely fair given the work that he had to do with the sink. He is a very down to earth person. He's timely, he comes in and he gets the job done. He's licensed, certified, and pulls all permits required for any job. He really knows what he is doing.
