+ -1 morePERSON WAS LATE FOR OUR APPOINTMENT, HE SMELLED OF CIGARETTE SMOKE, YUK, DID A QUICK MEASUREMENT, GAVE ME NO EXPLANATION OF THE PROCESS AND THEN TELLS ME I SHOULD REPLACE MY CAST IRON TUB (WHICH HAD NOTHING WRONG WITH IT)WITH A NEW ONE AND REPLACE THE WALLS. HE MUST THINK ALL WOMEN ARE STUPID. LET THIS ONE PASS YOU BY. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE AN OFFICE IN OUR AREA. THERE WAS NO ADDRESS ON THE BUSINESS CARD.
