Basista Furniture

We had a water leak in our basement and needed the carpet replaced. They tore out the old and installed the new.

We have lived in Parma for 15+ years and have never been in Basista before, but I'm so glad we decided to just go in and see what kind of furniture they have. Rick M. was our sales associate and he was very professional. He never followed us through the store and was very helpful when we decided on our purchase. The prices on their furniture our reasonable and although we only bought a picture, we will definitely be back there to purchase furniture.

Being new to the West Side I was not famililar with Basista Furniture.  I am so happy I walked in there!  This is the friendliest group of people I have come across in a long time.  There is no pressure to buy and once you make your choice, the rest of the transaction is a breeze. They do not follow you around the store but are available for answers.  Delivery was prompt and convenient and I was very pleased with the pricing.  I have used them 3 times in the last 4 months.  Highly recommend for a low-pressure atmosphere.

My son just got a job and new apartment in the Cleveland area.  My wife and I went with him to buy bedroom and living room furniture.  We went to the store in Parma.  The salesman was very helpful but not pushy. We bought a queen size bed, mattress, and 2 end tables for the bedroom.  We bought a sofa, recliner and 2 end tables for the living room.  We ordered the furniture on Saturday and it was delivered the following Monday.  The delivery people were very professional and courteous.  The couch was large and they had to work to get it through the entrance of the apartment up to the second floor.  Overall we were very pleased with the experience.

Everyone we dealt with at Basista was very friendly and helpful.  In the store, the salespeople were not pushy but were available to answer any questions we had.  Their prices were competitive and we purchase a bed frame, mattress, and box spring.  They delivered the new bed less than a week after it was ordered and were prompt in delivery and assembly.  After the items were delivered, we realized our bed was too high!  We immediately called Basista and they were able to schedule an exchange for a low profile box spring at no additional cost for return, restocking, or delivery of the new box spring.  We had the new box spring set up within a week.  Our phone calls were always returned promptly and we would definitely shop there for furniture again.

Ron Thurma provided the best customer service one could ever experience..made the buying experience rewarding and enjoyable.Matt and Alex delivered the furniture ...set up the necessary parts without wasting time.They arrived on time as promised.Both were very courteous and efficient. All aroud a very rewarding experience.Our first but not our last purchase from this company.

I had an excellent experience with Basista. Rick Dohy was the manager that we worked with and he was wonderful, very accommodating on pricing and my requests. The quality of their furniture was excellent and their service followup was superior. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying furniture in Cleveland.

They delivered everything we ordered as we ordered it.

They were very personable and non-aggressive. Eric let me browse. As I settled on the tables, he was able to deliver the tables to my exact scheduling needs. If fact, the furniture came in advance of other furniture I was expecting from another company.
