Buyer beware. Terrible customer service. Purchased expensive Bufftech Chesterfield fence. Gates came pre-assembled from Bufftech and are advertised not to sag. After about a year all 5 of my gates began to sag and, in some cases, scrape the ground. The gate frames and slats were loose and allowed the gate to go out of square. I sent pics and videos to customer support (worked with Dana in this case). For weeks they gave every excuse in the book that it was an installation issue. Their proposed remedies matched how my gates were already installed. Would only communicate via email and would not call to discuss. The issue was corrected with the help of the installer using a simple anti-sag kit. Never again will I buy any of their products - especially given cost! BTW…Installer warned me about the Bufftech product as not being worth the price and that customer service was weak, but unfortunately, I ignored them. You DO NOT get what you pay for with this fencing.

Ordered 150 feet of lattice vinyl fencing. The order came with 13 posts that were the wrong kind. The company blamed me and wouldn't work with me to return and get the correct kind. I had to buy $370 worth of new posts to complete the fence and throw the others away. Barrette is a very shady company. DO NOT do business with them!!
