Baldwin Painting

I highly recommend Adam Baldwin of Baldwin Painting. Adam did an amazing paint job -- absolutely perfect -- and our rooms now look amazing. He also managed to make our dinted, covered-in-years-of-old-paint woodwork look smooth and new again! Plus, it was a delight to have Adam in our home. He is exceptionally professional, tidy (everything was left perfect when he left each evening) and just friendly, funny, and nice. 
Adam came highly recommended by a friend, and it is absolutely obvious why. If you want your painting done to the highest possible standards, call Adam. We can't wait to invite him back for our next project. 

This is the second job Adam has done at our house. He is great to work with, his rates, professionalism and quality of work are great. Another meticulous job!

Adam was very responsive, in terms of getting back to our initial inquiry and providing an estimate, and stayed in touch throughout the process. His estimate was lower and included more of what we wanted than the estimates we got from two other companies. Since he works for himself, he was able to accurately estimate what he could do. The quality of the finished work is excellent. He was able to remove paint from some very tricky areas that were totally caked in sloppy, goopy old paint, and make them attractive and functional again. We wanted a dark color in our kitchen, which required very clear lines at the ceiling and trim--especially difficult given the state of our old plaster walls--and we are really impressed with the outcome. Adam offered advice when we asked for it regarding finishes and colors, without being at all pushy. Finally, he is flexible and easy to work with. This kind of work takes time; but quality at a good price is exactly what we were looking for.

Outstanding!  Adam Baldwin was like one of the family. We and our dog miss him now that he is done. He works alone at a consistent and regular pace, with great knowledge and professionalism, cleans up carefully each day and has excellent craftsmanship.  He patiently listens and responds completely to the customers desires and questions and was very careful to thoroughly prep all surfaces.  I actually learned a lot from him in the process of the job.  On the few times that he had to amend his schedule he notified us as far in advance as possible.  Adam was exactly the kind of highly skilled, dependable painter that I hoped to find and in the process he became a good friend as well.

Adam did an excellent job.  I used high gloss dark navy paint to contrast against bright white molding.  He needed to be very exact or the lines would show.  I know because I did a small portion on a lower wall myself earlier and know how difficult it was to do.  It took three coats to cover.  He also did this on an extension ladder.  I love the wall and want Adam to come back and do some more specialty painting of stripes for me in another room in the future.  
Adam worked me into his schedule between much larger jobs and I really appreciate him doing that.  My family room is stunning!

Adam was quick to get me the estimate. His prices were great and his work looked great. My grandfather had a painting, wallpaper and drapery business in Pennsylvania, so I grew up around high quality painting work. No painter I've used in the past did what I felt was a good job. I'm picky about edges and lines. Adam is a meticulous painter that takes the time to get it right. He went above and beyond when fixing the damaged plaster. I did not have to point out one single flaw as he just did the job right the first time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Called immediately after I messaged him on Angie's list. Scheduled appointment to view for estimate. Emailed references and written estimate within 2 days of viewing. He was in the middle of a big project so said we could schedule work in a few weeks. Contacted a week in advance to schedule work. Picked up key and paint color choice the day before. He color matched my color choice to Sherwin Williams brand paint. Performed work over 2 days during regular business hours. At end of each day sent pictures by text message of work performed. Met me at my home to return key in person. Professional attitude and quality work. Paint was included in price. Definitely worth hiring for the hard to paint stairwell. Paid by check.

Adam was an exceptional painter.  His work was very detailed and neat.  He took extra time to sand down some paneling to ensure proper adhesion.  He was professional and prompt and easy to work with.  He helped choose the paint color and made some great recommendations that ultimately made the final product even better.  The job looks great and we've received many compliments on the how great the paint job looks.  Would highly recommend him and use him again.

He did a good job. He was pleasant, self assured, communicated well, etc. We used an angie's list deal and we will certainly use him again! Clean lines, consistency, good value!

It went well, arrived the day before to get key to home, looked at area to be painted and looked at my paint purchase.
 When I came home job was complete and he left key.
Very nice and neat job.
Only trouble was scheduling the job, it took about 4 months due was to his heavy work schedule, but worth the wait if your paint job doesn't have to be done right away.

Other vendors were not interested in such a small job and he has won my business most likely forever!! He was easy to get a hold of  and we set a date and time. He came over with a Plan A and B in mind. Plan A went off without a hitch. He was fast, detail oriented and his price was more than extremely reasonable!

Excellent job. Adam was good at communicating and flexible in scheduling. The room looks great. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I will never have anyone other than Adam Baldwin paint for me in the future.  He is extremely professional and organized. I could find nothing not done to my satisfaction (I am VERY PARTICULAR).  He was pleasant and easy to have in my home.  He has painted for hundreds of people all who give him wonderful references whi ch I checked in detail.  I wish there were a rating higher than an "A" for him and the work he does.

I highly recommend this provider.  There was a problem with a Big Deal on Angie's List (on Angie's List's end) and Adam promptly addressed the issue and worked with me to find a solution.  He was professional, punctual, and did a great job with the painting.  He made sure to protect my floors and nearby furniture.  He was also very personable and nice to my cat.  I will definitely use him for my future painting projects.

Adam did a great job and I would highly recommend him.  The interior painting of our house required a lot of meticulous attention to detail due to all the trim work.  Adam was able to remove old painted over wall paper and patch the old plaster walls making the house look like new.  Adam even assisted in picking out colors, and even recommended some after talking with him.

Adam was always on time, very easy to work with. He was very kind and careful with my cat.. And I would trust him with coming in and out of my home with no worries of letting the cat out! The work looked (and still looks amazing.... - I just joined Angie's )
