Geri did a fantastic job. Ray urinated all over our toilet seat and did not clean up or flush. In addition, Ray's attitude wasn't great when I asked him how it was going. He was rather disrespectful even though he's the one in my home that I'm paying to do work for me. We were shocked when we got the bill. We thought they charge $100 an hour but it appears they charged +130 bucks an hour? Based on the toilet incident alone, don't think we can have them back. Basic respect should be a given. However, they did do good electrical work.

Geri and Ray came immediately and investigated until they found the old ceiling fixture that was the cause of the problem. Ray removed the old fixture, and replaced it with a light bulb so the area would have light while Geri gave me safety specs for the replacement. They are wonderful as human beings and more than knowledgeable and competent as electricians. Will definitely call them again.

Excellent. I hired them based on a recommendation I saw from one of my neighbors on-line. I met Geri for the estimate and left keys for them (Geri & her husband Ray) since I was at work when they came. They exceeded my expectations. The fixtures were done and the exterior motion sensor replaced. Geri offered to return if I didn't like the height of the dining room chandelier. I need some major work done replacing the electrical in my home and I plan to have them do the work.

B to Z were excellent.  Got the job done quickly and with no problems (even though i expected there to be some as my home is old and everything we do have some kind of problem involved).   But Geri and Ray got the job done no problem and much quicker than i thought.   They're good with heights homes (and understand how to work with them) so i would absolutely recomend them to other heights home owners.

suggestions. Thank you Geri! I will call you next time when I buy
another house in Cleveland Heights!

Great! Geri and Ray are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They came twice...once to inspect our light fixtures and we did not have the right fixture for them to install. They came back and installed the new fixture and replaced some of our old outlets. They were a pleasure to work with!

Everything went well.  Geri comes in and does everything she says she is going to.  Cleans-up very well.  I really like this company.  I have used them in the past and will so again.

They do a really good job in old homes of not wrecking stuff.  They are good about fishing lines without having to cut a bunch.  They are very professional.

Geri and Ray are amazing. They are a professional, intelligent, cheerful, and knowledgeable duo, and we trust them and their work entirely (both in this and a previous house). They've come out several times for various jobs large and small. Their prices are fair, and they always complete the work with attention to detail and within the estimated time frame (even fitting in a complicated lighting and wiring job within 48-hours notice and before we headed out of town!).

I wouldn't have any other electricians. Simply wonderful.

Very well.  I was pleased with our initial visit discussing what needed to be done and the work itself.  I learned about B to Z through a friend and neighbor, and I also am most willing to recommend them.

The project went extremely well, which was no surprise. Based on the amount of time they were here (due to the old steel casing they were working with), I was surprised how reasonable the charge was.  Geri and Ray are fantastic--we have also had them to our home for other projects over the years --for everything from replacing lighting fixutures to upgrading our main electrical panel when we added air conditioning.   Their  professionalism is outstanding--they explain everything and why they are doing what they are doing.  They are prompt, neat, very down to earth and a real pleasure to have in your home.  With something as important as electrical work, you need to trust that the work is to absolutely to code, and I would not call anyone but Geri & Ray.

Gerri and Ray are awesome. They are creative, yet code concious  electricians with a healthy respect for historic architecture.  After new upgraded wiring, circuits in a 1000 yr old house, it looked better than when they came.

I cannot say enough good things about Geri and Ray. Geri is a phenomenal electrician. I solicited three electrical bids from three reputable electricians. I decided to go with Geri for several reasons: (1) She spent the most time looking at the house than any of the other electricians. (2) She listened to what I wanted done and educated me on my house and her approach. (3) She went over my 1929 house thoroughly, looking at the wiring and seeking out ways to add wiring and cable with the goal of putting the fewest holes in the plaster walls as possible. Geri spent time explaining to me what she was doing, how to fix things myself, and steered me away from costly decisions that she did not see necessary. I was even more impressed with her work. She arrived on time everyday. Ray and Geri were very tidy, cleaning up dust and other debris from their work. She held true to her word: she and Ray put minimal holes in the walls and patched them beautifully. They were pleasent to be around and I trusted them completely in my house. I am a person who likes to know what a contractor is doing to my house and Geri was able to educate me and provide me her reasoning behind her decisions. Geri may not be the least expensive electrician, but she is worth every penny.

Very well thought out. Came up with the best solution how to start and end the floor heating system. Moved our light switches for our larger door, and found a good location for the Warmly Yours thermostat.

Two electricians, Ray and Geri (spelling?), arrived right on time. One ceiling fan proved more problematic than expected to install; the company had to do some light construction in our attic in order to put in the fan. This increased our cost considerably but understandably, as the company was in our home for nearly four hours. (We never asked for an estimate, but we had a general idea of the standard cost of having a ceiling fan installed.) Ray and Geri are professionals to the core and very personable. We've used them before and they will continue to be our electricians of choice.

Geri is certainly not the least expensive electrician, but I would say you definitely get what you pay for with her, and that is a top-notch job.

Geri and Ray are awesome! Arrived when anticipated and did everything as expected. Geri was amazingly honest about what we needed to do and what was not necessary. Not the cheapest bid we got for the work but I am confident they did the best work.
