Everything went good with this experience.. They cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in the future, if needed.

They were on time. They said that it would take them approximately 3 to 4 hours. They were at my home a week ago and I still do not have to dust.

I had 3 requests: 1. power wash the deck, 2. power wash the front porch, 3. come asap. Of those 3 things, they excelled in 2 of them: They came the day after I called (the weather was accommodating) and the deck turned out very nicely, but there was a number of craters on my front porch, which is extremely unfortunate because I have my house for sale and the market is tough enough. There were many chunks of cement in the flower bed where everything ran off the porch. I felt angry about it because there's nothing reasonable that can be done to rectify the situation. To be fair, I called Jason to tell him that I was pleased with the deck and disappointed with the front porch. He explained that he used the gentlest nozzle but I wish he would have just stopped once the cement and stones started coming off.

Steam cleaned it, repaired the doors, and painted it. It looks like a brand new shed. He was excellent. He is there when he says. There had been holes and it was a mess. It looks great. He did the job right and the price was good.
