"It is very sad to read degrading comments regarding my husband's business phone communications and/or phone recordings. My mother had died prior to that day and both of us were not at home. As it was a diifficult time for us and our family, Dave does not recall having difficulty receiving business messages at that time. There has been very few incidences when his business phone has been out-of-order but remedy very quickly. We are both very professional and concerned about customer care and courtesy. And if a customer should at any time call our residential line, Dave and I would never, ever be rude in our communication or refer them to call another company for service! As a business owner myself, I believe in customer courtesty and respect. There are many marketing companies that do call our residential line. Dave and I do ask quickly for identification and the purpose of their call. If there is anyone who needs my husband's business assistance, I would always give him the message or any correspondence that he should be aware of regarding his services. Again, it is very disheartening to know that people would say or write such sad comments especially since my husband's business has outstanding and high ratings from so many other customers!"
