The service I received from AVI was top notch and incredibly affordable. In addition to helping me make all the connections, AVI also optimized my TV resolution settings so I could get the best value out of the new purchase. Great customer service.

Went very well. Chris was quick to respond to our call for help and accommodated our desired installation schedule. They were very efficient and most helpful in explaining how everything worked.

Chris came out and gave me a quote for wall mounting the TV, installing surface molding to cover the cables, relocating all  cable/internet components to the basement, and installing/programming a new universal remote.  
Chris was great to work with and provided ideas on how to address cable runs if  fishing them through the wall is not an option.  A third of the price went towards the Universal Remote that Chris provides, which has a large range to allow components to be relocated somewhere else in the house.  Chris provided all the cables, including an extra HDMI cable for future use.  I had already purchased a TV wall mount kit, and Chris said he could re-use it, saving me the cost of another one.  While the surface molding is not the most desirable option, he made it look presentable so that it is not a distraction when watching TV, and looks much better than naked cables running across the wall.  No additional outlets were needed to be installed for this project.

Chris surveyed our great room and determined the best installation to suit our needs.  He helped me determine the TV that would best fit the space and provide the level of quality we were seeking.  He also advised us on the speakers that suited the configuration of our great room at the price range and quality we desired.  He encouraged me to buy the TV myself when I found the unit I wanted at a better price from Costco.  He also made recommendations for the audio-video receiver, remote control unit, the wall mount, and all the wiring, cabling, power supplies, RF transmitters and receivers, etc.  which I purchased through Chris.  The installation was meticulously done including laying down soft floor coverings so the components would not get scratched during assembly.  Chris also determined a way to hide the wires and cables behind our walls and cabinets that gave the installation both a neat look and minimized the drywall work that was required (a small rectangle as it turned out).  At my request he also found a person to do the drywall work who was a real perfectionist.  Chris also saved us money by integrating our existing large subwoofer into the system.  Chris and Mike spent parts of two days meticulously installing the components, cabling, and wiring and educating me on their use.  Chris also came back to provide additional programming of the remote after we had used the system.  Our 70" 3D TV is spectacular,especially on made-for-3D movies like Avatar and the sound is superb from a speaker system that is compact, clutter-free and blends with our decor.  Chris and Mike cleaned and vacuumed the area after each visit.  Of the $5,400 spent, only $1,210 was spent on labor, the balance went for the components and other hardware, wiring, and cabling.  As I mentioned before, the TV we bought on our own.  While my installation wasn't a grand home theater with a ceiling mounted TV projector, it provides great video and sound at an affordable price that fits our decor and minimizes the clutter of unsightly wires and cables.  I would recommend Chris and  Mike and their services to anyone looking for a quality, cost effective, and clean looking audio/video installation.

Analyzed system and judged receiver not operating properly. Bought and installed new receiver which brought system up to date. Everything works well.

I called Chris to ask him to hang a flat screen TV in the master bedroom. Over the phone, all I needed to provide him was with the make and model number. He said he would find the proper bracket to hang it and call me back. He called back when he had all of the supplies to schedule an appointment. He and his assistant were on time and both were very polite and nice. The TV was moved from a stand in the corner to hanging in the middle of the wall. They replaced any wire and cables that needed to be replaced and ran everything through the wall. You wouldn't know that the TV was connected to the cable hookup on a completely different wall. He tested it with our TIVO box and made sure everything was working before he left. He explained to me how to take it off the wall when we paint, but told me he was more than happy to come back and take it off whenever we needed it.

Chris came in and evaluated the situation very quickly. He got to work right away and only needed a few questions answered to complete the job. He made recommendations and asked exactly what I wanted done. He was very quick to get the job done and it works perfectly! I know can watch High Def TV, play Wii, and watch movies in surround sound. We watched Black Knight last night and it sounded great! I would certainly recommend him!!

This is my third time with Chris, so this speaks volumes. He shows up on time, has the expertise for about anything-and yet is able to communicate with one who is ''challenged'' in tech.

Chris was wonderful. His price was $6000 less than a competitor for the same work and components. He was a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend him for any audio-visual work.

As I mentioned, Chris came out at a time that was convenient to us and told us what time he would be here, and not the usual 4 hour span of time some companies give you. He was very personable and friendly and obviously very knowledgeable about the installation and workings of all stereo and video systems. He was able to fix all our problems in a short period of time and the charges were extremely reasonable. We were charged for a service call and for parts and cables that he added to the system. Not only did he correct our problems, but he also was able to make changes to our system for both better viewing and listening experiences, things we didn't even know we could set up. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend his services.

I WOULD RECOMMEND AVI TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. MR. LABODA WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS THAT HE HAS HELPED WITH, FREE OF CHARGE, BY PHONE AND HAS COME TO THE HOUSE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS.
