After months of confusion as we tried to figure out the A/V system in our new home, we contacted AUDIO CRAFT to come by and take a look at it. Doug B. came over and hooked up everything and programmed our universal remote to control every component in the room. He went above and beyond our wildest expectations. He was incredible and the fee was extremely reasonable. We had contacted other providers, who were trying to charge us close to $400 for the same type of work. Doug did more than we expected and took the time to explain everything and walk us through the new set-up. I can't recommend this company enough!!!
I will be using them for all my A/V needs in the future and recommending them to everyone I know!

I had extreme buyer’s remorse for the money I was spending. That all went away when I turned everything on. I have an incredible system. I dealt with Roger and informed him I had considered a competitor but wanted to see what they could do. He listened to my needs and made suggestions. The other company seemed to be interested in a quick sale. Not them! Roger gave me a proposal for the work and equipment. I shopped around and could find no better deal. So I received a great price, a great system (all from his recommendations) and am enjoying it everyday. With quality, you will spend money. But they will give you what you are expecting in service, experience and quality product.

We've dealt with them for thirty years. They're good guys. The father runs it, and we've known the son since he was a teenager, but this was a very frustrating experience with them. They're normally a good company, but this one was bad.

This project involved considerable engineering expertise because of the necessary drilling and the location of components in an adjacent room. We had a number of glitches from the first day, but the company willingly took care of all the details until I was totally happy with the project.
