He's meticulous and he really is an artisan like his company says. He doesn't rush the job because he wants to make sure he does a really good job. He's very good at painting as well. He buys the best quality materials so he can provide the best results. He is also very reasonable and has good ideas for how work should be done. He is very goal driven. He seems to actually enjoy his work.
