They do exactly what I ask them to do. They are responsive and courteous. They do a great job. I have had their service for one year and I am going to use them again next year.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of work performed by Arrow. Even the neighbors are complimentary. The lawn is always cut evenly, they do an incredible job edging around the driveway and sidewalk, there is absolutely no debris left behind (or blown into the street). I have used Arrow's services for two years and plan to continue with them. John and his staff are very responsive.

They do not return phone calls at all, and I have left message after message. They never return phone calls.

They did not do my walks as I had paid them to do. I am 72 and had to go out and shovel my own walk. I paid them $40 to shovel walk and they didn't do it.

No snow was removed in December, even though snow amount twice went over 2 inches (the contracted amount required for plowing). Each time I called the company and left a message. I never received a call back. I did get plowed a number of times in January. When the blizzard hit on February 13th, I did not receive a plow on Tuesday. I was plowed on Wednesday morning at 8:30 a.m., but the driver plowed the snow in the front of the garage, blocking my car in. As of 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 15th, I have not been plowed again. I tried to contact the company a number of times, and left one message, but have never been called back and the company's answering machine is now full.

Out of need for snow removal 8 times this season, we had to call and request a driver to come all 8 times, he showed up 5. In blizzard of 2/14, he never showed up at all, despite phone messages left with company. Company finally turned answering machine off and stopped accepting customer messages.
